Dr. Xiong is very knowledgeable and professional and kind. She made us feel very comfortable and quite relieved to know that she is up to date and informed with our son's care.
Dr. Xiong was very knowledgeable about my child's extensive medical history and when the results from her ultrasound were not what we expected, she went and performed the ultra ultrasound herself to make certain nothing was missed.
It was an amazing visit, loved the kindness that was provided during and after my visit. Love my doctor as well.
The appointment confirmation process is extremely frustrating. We had a holter monitor that had to be ordered and returned before his appointment. We got that done, but in the meantime we were told we were being rescheduled for [...][...]. We called back to see if we could keep our appointment but it was unclear if [...] appointment stood. The day before our appointment, I had to call 3 different numbers and leave multiple messages to see if we still had an appointment on [...][...] and to find out if anyone had received the holter monitor data. We got a call the day before at [...]pm or so to say "you need to come in an hour earlier for an echocardiogram." We got a call a few minutes later saying nevermind. When we got to the appointment, they made us wait in the lobby for over an hour, and we found out it was because they thought we were being fit in for an echocardiogram. The logistics are so frustrating that I would not recommend this practice to a friend or family. I believe the doctor is great at what she does, but the experience is so disorganized and frustrating. Being unable to communicate clearly about appointments and have calls returned in a timely manner is unacceptable.
They have very efficient staff in their professional area, always treating patients and the people who accompany them with education and respect. May God always keep and bless the lives of all doctors and nurses for their magnificent work they do in favor of the people who care for them. they need a warm hug for all. My provider for Dr. The nurse the lady that did the ultrasound my baby's heart. They were all great. My doctor was amazing. She told me everything I needed to know. She's made me feel comfortable. She made me feel heard. She was the best. Now the process of checking in the process of my appointment, the fact that the other doctor was supposed to see just cancel the morning of and I wasn't made aware, that was not great or professional at all. So what my provider I'm extremely happy with the rest of the process I am not.
Dr.Xiong and staff was phenomenal and was able to fit in my son after a mix up with scheduling.
The only thing that I would have changed is the wait. It was a little bit long, but I loved the doctor. She was very, very thorough. And I loved her rapport with my son. She's just, I just love her demeanor with children, everything about her and I do, I'd like her to continue seeing him and if any of us if any of my other children, have any issues that has to do with Cardiology, I'd bring them and I would refer anyone else's has children that I know that have problems with Cardiology to her. She's great.
Yes, I just want to let you guys know that I'm very upset about the after care. I was told, I was going to get results on [...]. I know it was a holiday. Now, it's Tuesday. She calls on called on Friday. Afternoon told me. She would be calling me on Tuesday. I have not heard from anybody on the resolved, I've waited. I waited for him and I've been calling, I've left messages and I still have no response or any update on the results. And I'm very upset about that because I was, I was told in two different occasions. I was gonna get a callback. Thank you.
