Letty spent a lot more time with me on this visit. She was there for me and appeared truly concerned. I appreciate the time she spent with me. Reminded me of the times when doctors really listened and showed real concern. I hope this kind of doctor/ patient relationship continues. Thank you!

I signed in at 2:20 pm, and paid my co-pay. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm. The nurse came on around 2:35 pm to verify my information. I was holding for 35 minutes before I was able to speak with PA Cruz around 3:05 pm. Once I spoke with PA Cruz, the appointment went smoothly and my mediations were refilled.
Letty has always treated me with the utmost care and has helped me recover from several respiratory problems. I always try to make appointments with only her.

I love this practice and really love Letty and will continue to see her as long possible.
I was able to explain my concerns. The provider quickly went about checking my ears. She asked me relevant question, told me what she was ordering for me, and explained why my left ear got so inflamed and told me how to use my medication. This is my preferred provider but it is very difficult to get in to see her because she is almost everyone's preferred provider. This is the reason she wasn't all that familiar with me. My son sees her and really prefers to see her over everyone else in the clinic, also. She is very thorough and answers all of our questions.
