The appointments are feeling more and more rushed. Didn't even get a chance to ask questions this time. It's a long drive for us to the clinic and the support and care from the clinic seems to get worse and worse.
Great people and great service.
Staff was very nice
Great all around
Dr. G and her team were very patient and kind with my son.
The entire staff from reception, nurses and doctor Layla were absolutely amazing. Diagnosed my son effectively and I feel supported on this journey.
It was the best experience with you, very kind and thank you very much for your attention.
The receptionists need to be kinder and help you, instead of leaving you waiting. Also, the doctors' assistants, in this case the optometrist specialist, need to be more patient and sensitive with the children. And they shouldn't be asking the child to get up or off the chair the patient is on when in the room examining, because that's what he did yesterday to my son, that was the specialist's assistant.
Dr. G is always a pleasure! Nursing staff and front office staff great as well.
I would like if the doctor give me updates of how my daughter eyes is going , I understand her doctor ready tell me was going on with her eye and what step to take . But any other updates that maybe me as a parent I am missing about her eye .
The whole staff is amazing and welcoming! Dr. G is informative and has amazing bedside manner.
Dr. G and her staff provide the very best treatment for my type of problem. I have used three dotors and none have provided the rest that Dr. G has provided.
Staff in 18,19 floor super caring and kind and professional sam - great nurse super caring she treated my baby like unique, super professional danny-- he was very caring ( short encounter) but he was amazing Dr. G - super knowledgeable caring really expert i am very happy
All the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends, they did such a great job with my son.
The staff waited too long to examine my son's eyes so he had to get the dilating drops twice. This is unacceptable. We were at the clinic for TWO HOURS. Also unacceptable. How can a pediatric eye exam take this long? My eye exams as an adult don't take this long. I recognize the clinic is probably overbooked because the providers are so qualified and knowledgeable! But there needs to be an improvement in processes.
Great experience well trained staff good customer service
Awesome staff
Very good service.
Wonderful!!! Can't say it enough. Thank you!
Hello, good afternoon, and you did very well, thank you for treating my son well and thank you for the explanation you gave us. May the Lord bless you. Thank you
It is a good clinic and they take good care of the children.
It was good
Everything went smoothly from start to finish with my daughter. The staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and friendly! I recommend family friends to come here!
Dr G is fantastic and so patient with my child. She definitely has that touch and knows to make parents and child feel comfortable! We absolutely love her! She is thorough and explains everything so well. Her lead tech, don't recall his name unfortunately was also amazing with our son. He knew how to deal with our son which we very much appreciated.
Thank God for granting this staff that patience to take care of us very well. I am grateful because they take wonderful care of my child. Many thanks and blessings and may God give you more strength and wisdom to move forward.
Everyone there was warm and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and were very accommodating.
Our visit with Dr "G" was very unpleasant. I waited more than half an hour for her to come in the room., and all she did was basically say my son was ok that she would refer us to someone else. Not very nice. Shows lack of interest. Never going back nor referring to any friend or family. I would like to say front desk and head male nurse were very nice and friendly.
The wait time was unacceptable - we arrived 5 minutes prior to our appt and were there from 2 hours and 45 minutes.
The doctor was very well knowledgeable and was helpful, but that wait time was horrible. I have a [...]-year-old, which was the patient, and it was told to me that it would take 30 minutes to dilate his eyes and it ended up waiting for three and a half hours. So that's unacceptable. I dread going back because of the wait time with his age. Thank you.
