I had a very difficult experience with the nurse who checked me in. I explained to her that I was grieving the loss of my mother very recently, and I was unable to do all the things she was asking of me. And she did not acknowledge or care, it seemed, about that and pushed me through it to the point where I was crying. And then she yelled at me for crying because it was going to make her cry, and she didn't want to do that. And that made me cry worse. And then she took my blood pressure while I was crying, and of course it was excessively high. And when it was, she then insisted on taking it again on the other arm, which was just absurd. And I don't think she acknowledged my humanity in that moment, and I don't think that it was appropriate for her to have behaved like that.

Question about treating me as unique individual is not useful. Don't have example of what you might mean, so picked value in middle of scale because N/A wasn't available.

I have been absolutely satisfied with my visit at Dr. Sheila Krugan's office. Ms. Layla is a very wonderful person and I'm glad that I was in their care. I will be going back.

The physician and all staff ate professional, fast, and informative. They run like a well oiled machine - I barely had time to sit down before I was called back for my ultrasound - then saw the NP and Dr., immediately.
