The doctor, Cisek, was amazing. I did not have to wait long at all for the appointment until he logged on, which was great. He spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and he was just amazing. Especially, I told him he was a second opinion for something my daughter's going through and that didn't matter to him. He took a ton of time and just really cared and that meant a lot.
Omg everyone was so nice very welcoming , provider 10/10 he's the best he help you and gave you options to pick from , I highly recommend them and the staff super nice I really appreciate everyone even the front desk guy very helpful I was lost I didn't know where I was at and he say yes your in the right department let me check you in everything was so fast , nurses so nice patient , my visit was a 10/10 completely love it ! Thank you all !!
As a mom for autistic child, I want to thank everyone, from the front desk to the nurse, and the doctor and the doctor assistant. They are great with understanding the needs of special needs kids
Did a good job overall. The doctor was giving me the information I needed. I just wish that there was as far as improvement, I wish there was a way for them to check on the on my my child prior to me driving in an hour and a half and then telling me to reschedule for six months for something. Otherwise, like I wish overall that, you know, I didn't have to drive all the way to central Houston and I could have done something here closer to my house in Woodlands. But overall doctor's great. Everybody was very humble. The nurse that spoke and told me that, hey, he needs to do a surgery. Honestly, like I said, I just wish I wish my time wasn't wasted going all the way down there. Concerning that otherwise, I won't be going back to UT Health in Houston for sure. Probably just more locally just for travel reasons.
While everyone in the office was lovely, the card reader wasn't working and I'm still waiting for over 20 changes (amounting in over $1,000) to be cleared from my account. Additionally, they knew the card reader was malfunctioning and tried to get me checked in so they could proceed with the appointment and bill me later to get the billing resolved; however this was allegedly forbidden. That resulted in my 2 year old son and I sitting in the exam room for over an hour while they tried to get with their manager who was in a meeting. I find that completely unacceptable and soured my whole experience with the office. Because of this administrative issue, I wouldn't recommend.
The only thing i dont like is the wait time, you have to expect to be there at least 1 hour if not more
I was waiting a long time after the provider left they said someone would come talk to me regarding procedure but they never came in and I left
Very, very good
Provider did not have good bedside manners from the moment he walked into the room [...]. Provider did not introduce himself upon entering the room and I thought that all healthcare professionals were suppose to know these basics during their professional training. Provider did not use words that were "pediatric" friendly. He repeatedly used the words "chop it off" instead of more comfortable synonyms to describe what he proposed to do. [...] As for Dr. Lawrence Ciesck, this was the most awful experience that I have ever encountered in a healthcare professional setting. I would not return to this provider even if the services proposed were free. This is a doctor that I do not trust. [...] Dr. Cisek did state that he has completed the procedure before but there was a major level of mistrust. With his experience of expertise in pediatric urology, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. During the middle of the consultation, I should have taken my child and walked out but I remained professional to see what he had to say. Dr. Ciesk on this day appeared to be sluggish, indolent, uninterested, and an overwhelming display of lack of care. The overall visit was horrific. I waited approximately 2 hours to see him and he did not mention anything about the wait. The front desk upon arrival stated that he was running just 30 minutes behind on a procedure but in reality I strongly feels as though it was pure inconsideration and incompetence [...].
Excellent experience
Over all pretty good experience fast and quick but detailed enough
Nothing but positive things to say about our entire three years with UT. Amazing physicians, nurses and other staff. we will miss them greatly!
Everyone was very nice and patient and on top of that very professional.
Excellent.....
Nothing, everyone is fine, thank you.
Dr Cisek was really helpful and a thorough professional.
Our experience was great. The staff was very detailed in everything they explained to us, as far as our daughter and what needs to be done, the procedures, everything was very detailed. We're very happy with everything.
The communication between specifically the doctors office and the outside testing is a mess and needs to be dealt with. I should not have to email on the portal to get them to send the orders that they were supposed to have ordered already. I am having to call 4/5 times to schedule ultrasounds and scans. Another issue, they scheduled my son for an appointment but had no idea why he was there, who scheduled it and didn't even apologize. We were just as confused as the physician was as to why we were there. It's a 2 hour drive for us! [...] Personally, I am to the point of wanting to switch his care over from UT to [...]. I want to continue the care he has, but I am becoming less confident with every visit that should my child need intervention that I wouldn't be confident in them to provide it.
I feel it was a waste of money telling me what I knew already
Long wait times but friendly staff
Excellent
Dr cisek is always wonderful. He listens and gives great suggestions
Good
Everyone was so kind and considerate and talked me through all questions I had. I am very grateful for all of them.
Amazing staff, very professional and knowledgeable.
Was great experience. The doctor was very professional, spoke to me with respect and spoke in terms I could understand and was to the point which was greatly appreciated. A++
I liked the fact that they all care about my child, and they did an excellent job, everybody, and I really appreciate that.
The doctor, and the nurses were really nice. They all treated my son so special.
They had me waste my time I could of went to work and my baby could've went to school they could've told me over the phone they wasn't going to do anything and nobody still haven't called with a follow up
I really had a bad experience, the provider is an urologist and in my experience he lacks of cleansiness. He didn't wear gloves to touch my kid's private parts nor did he wash his hands, and afterwards he just washed his hands with water. I really felt uncomfortable
