The nurse/PA was incredible. The person who took my blood was very professional. I was in and out of UT Physicians in about 30 minutes with no wait time.

On March 12, 2025 at4:00 pm. the black lady at the front desk was rude. She looked directlyat me while I was walking up to bring my paper from the doctor and turned her back on me. She continuedto talk to her co worker while I stood there for about 3 minutes to 5 minutes with no concern. I asked her was Quest Diagnostics located on the 4th floor and she said yes in a hurry. I don't know why she was so irritated with me. I had to ask someone on the 4th floor where was Quest located.

I've seen this provider before, and in prior visits, she was more helpful, more empathetic. Not this visit! She was dismissive and kept me waiting for a very long time without explanation. I was mostly seen by a resident a pediatric resident at that. I'm 52.! The provider did not examine me at all. I have not seen her in a year. The only examination was by the resident. She did not take into consideration that I am also a professional, and had other things to do as she considered whether to do a procedure that day. As if I didn't have a professional job to attend. She didn't speak to me with respect. She seemed unconcerned about my personal situation that limits my availability to do the procedures that she keeps recommending nor did she offer alternatives. She was not friendly nor culturally competent. I am considering another provider due to this experience. I would not recommend her at all to anyone. Especially to a person of color. I'm happy to be contacted about my experience

Dr. Sendos is a wonderful doctor. She helped me out. She talked to me. She told me everything I needed to know about my diabetes. She waited on me hand and foot.
