Kudos to your office staff. I witnessed another patient being very rude to the check-in staff and they handled his attitude very professionally. It was rudeness to the point that I stood up to say something to him!

Dr. Ridley and her staff are always so nice and personable. If I need an appointment sooner than my check-ups, the staff will call me right away to set up a much sooner appointment. As for Dr. Ridley, she is so knowledgeable and doesn't miss a beat with me. She knows my history and adjusts my plan to attack all my crazy ailments. I appreciate her and her staff and no amount of kudos can truly be said about them.

It alarms me every time I see the auto response re: Portal messages. If we are to use it, timely responses are to be expected. One cannot wait 2 business days regarding immediate health needs. I think the verbiage needs changing to: "We will get back to you today." Memorial Hermann uses the same disclaimer...I'm working on them too. Best regards

The doctor was such a smart, caring and wonderful physician. She taught me so much about my health and illness . The visit was not rushed like I feel the others drs sometimes are . Very difficult to get appointments for establish patients , when questioned about why months to get appointments , it's simply because established patients are less priority to doctors and their calendar is full.

I like being a patient of Dr. Ridley and I really enjoyed being able to get into the Cinco Ranch location and I appreciate that they were able to get me a first appointment early in the morning and I was able to see the doctor and quickly leave and get on about my day. Very much appreciated that they respected my time.

Dr. Ridley is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I was referred to her by another doctor and I would definitely refer her to my friends and family! She takes the time needed with me. I never feel rushed or as if she's in a hurry! I trust my care with her!

I did not have any wait time. I sat down and was called back. The nurse took my vitals and then Dr. Ridley came in.

Dr. Ridley is wonderful. My issue is with the check-in experience. I completed e-check in prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I could not go upstairs because the door was locked. Therefore, I had to wait behind a long line to be granted access. Once I was finally able to check in upstairs, the receptionist said I was 10 minutes late and therefore declined the payment I made through e-check in and said the doctor may not see me. I politely asked what the policy was, and she said some doctors are 10 minutes and others are 15 minutes for the grace period. I stated that this should not be an issue then because it was 10 minutes and this was after having to wait downstairs. After clicking around on her computer for several minutes, she finally said I could be seen because the person that was scheduled after me had already arrived and was taken back... So I would have to wait behind that person. She then took my payment because she had declined my previous payment. This took 10 minutes to go through the check in experience which felt like a punishment for inconveniencing her or something... and I felt very devalued. I then ended up waiting 30 minutes to be taken back, so I was seen 50 minutes after my appointment time after arriving on time and already checking in online. Proposed solution is to allow for access to the upstairs check in without having to wait downstairs along with training for the receptionist to review the situation before declining payment and patient experience skills in order to be respectful and not devalue the patient. Thank you for reading and I hope this feedback sparks positive change.

Dr. Ridley is my rheumatologist and she is extremely caring and open to answering all my questions in detail as much as I ask her and she's very polite and patient. She's one of my favorite doctors to go to.
