The ultrasound tech, Tran, was kind to me but very rude and dismissive to my husband. He was trying to engage and ask questions and she was curt with him and brushed aside all his questions
There is a long wait despite already having an appointment. They could improve the flow of people waiting.
Ciara I believe her name was, was fantastic. Very personable and very good at her job.

Perfect atmosphere.
There is always a horrible wait time to see my doctor. I had two appointments scheduled to see my Dr and to have an ultrasound. I arrived at 9:40am for my 9:45 appointment. I was not seen until 10:30am. I was only seen for my ultrasound but not my dr due to the excessive wait time. I was made to reschedule the doctors appointment for another day. This is a huge inconvenience because I have to miss work several days a week now. Not to mention how much work I am missing due to sitting in the office an excessive amount of time.
What they did really well was being able to get all of the pictures of my anatomy scan. What they could improve on is the wait time, which was almost an hour to be seen and also I had to call back twice to get the ultrasound pics. I was told they were going to be seeing me right after the visit, but they were not. I called back on Tuesday to get those pictures.
My experience was ok but some of the doctors are rude and unprofessional.

There was nothing wrong with my appointment or staff. Everyone did an amazing job especially the ultrasound tech Betty. The only thing that threw me off was when I initially scheduled this appointment, I assumed the office would be located inside a UT health/provider building, I don't recall the scheduler mentioning it to me... day of my appointment google maps took me to a Memorial Hermann building... I thought it took me to an incorrect place... all I'm saying is if and when an appointment is scheduled at the Greater Heights location maybe mention that it's inside the Memorial Hermann building. It would help other patients.. When I arrived at the suite, the front desk mentioned UT and Memorial Hermann had partnered up and that's when it made sense. Other than that everything was 10/10. Thank you so much for my care.

Great service. The 2 sonogram special specialist were outstanding.
The Tech performing the ultrasound seemed like she was rushing, I assume I was the last appointment of the day. Started late and ended early. I would have appreciated if they had taken the whole appointment time and not rushed. it felt rushed and erratic.
They are all very kind and I liked the treatment.
The wait time was horrible. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment, and was not seen until an hour after my appt. The ultrasound tech was rude, and appeared cold and as if she did not want to be bothered. The doctor was extremely nice and helpful in clearing my concerns. My copayment amount was also not discussed prior to the appointment and I did not anticipate such a hefty copayment. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the care of the ultrasound tech and communication about the wait time. The wait room was also very crowded and gave me anxiety about so many people in a crowded space. At this time I have made the decision to discontinue my care with UT Maternal Fetal Medicine and continue with another fetal medicine specialist.

Everything very well organized
My experience from day 1 has been amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional.
The receptionist was in a bad mood and I explained to her that I needed an appointment in the same town, but she simply said that she had nothing there on that date and gave me an appointment in another town that is further away and it is difficult for me to get to that place.

I would like to give a big thank you to my tech. I went in with high anxiety from another ultrasound. She took her time to take babies measurements and explained things to me until my worries were gone. I didn't feel rushed and I felt she really knew what she was doing. Thank you!
The fetal medicine ultrasound tech was amazing. I came into the visit very nervous and she eased my anxiety through how she performed the ultrasound. The doctor was also very kind as well. They both explained everything and allowed me to ask questions.
My experience at this appointment was very pleasant. I had a very sweet and charismatic professional. At all moments, I felt that my baby and I were in good hands. She explained everything to me with great patience and affection. Her love for the profession was definitely evident. Thank you !
