Lance Hansen PA and everyone at UT Physicians is amazing at treating my daughter. When my daughter was in the hospital for surgery the CV team made sure that I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. They were amazing and made me feel like they truly cared for my daughter and she wasn't just another patient. I cannot praise them enough. Thanks for everything.
The surgeons did a fantastic job with my baby and closing her VSD as well as her follow up appointment answered all my questions
The surgical team went beyond the call of duty. They provided excellent service, especially Lance and Dr. [...] and [...] in the ICU. But once I was moved to a regular room, the nursing staff did not pay attention and forgot about me. That's only in the regular room, in the regular area. Otherwise, ICU was great and the surgical team staff was great.
