Kristin Pacini is an outstanding PA. She is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer all of your questions. Plus, she has great technique when injecting my knee. I highly recommend her!

Karen Pacini seemed to know every minute detail of not only my surgical intel, experience, and outcome thus far, she was also aware of my and my late Mother's personal history with Dr. Lowe and showed uncommon empathy for my emotional needs. She was aware of the the fear and uncertainty that accompany an injury and its repair, and gave me confidence to forge ahead with my P.T. and even texted Brandon to give me a little easy time on the recumbent bike, allowing me to feel more active and hopeful. She was cheerful and thoroughly explained the photos of my procedure. This knowledge helped me feel like the "monster under the bed" was nothing to fear, only something to slay. As a mom with a [...] on the table for the second time, the bedside manner matters just as much as the knowledge and expertise. Kristin was attentive and thorough with asking questions and listening. I appreciate the way she interacted with [...]. I appreciate her phone call with an update after seeing the MRI results. She walked me through the findings and the possibilities moving forward. No doubt we're in good hands with them team.
