Kind, intelligent, interesting ideas. Told the straight story, to the point. Also, she was a real person, not concealed by the MD white coat.

Dr. Brown was dressed very inappropriately, especially while seeing patients. She is also teaching residents and her attire does not set a good example. When she walked into the room, I was shocked she was the doctor.

You all have treated me well and I'm better than I have ever been since I I've been treated by you !!! Thank you for giving me hope and quality to my life.

Dr. Brown is amazing. Probably the smartest doctor I've ever seen and her patience is nothing short of requiring sainthood. One of the questions in this survey asked if she knew my medical history and I answered NO, but that fault lies fully with my former neurologist in Florida. I requested my medical records to be sent to Dr. Brown and had to go through all sorts of steps to get my records forwarded (including giving consent signed with a 'wet' signature) yet they still never sent my records to UTHealth. Because of this Dr. Brown essentially had to start from scratch and endure a lengthy verbal list of my symptoms. It was time consuming and I imagine tedious for her yet she was kind, calm and treated me with generous amounts of courtesy. And I'm grateful to her and everyone at the office.

The first part was bearable. However, second part was painful and frustrating.

Parking is very limited at the Sugarland, TX location.

Dr. Brown is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She is one of the best doctors who has ever treated me. I appreciate her sharing ways to improve my health. Since my visit yesterday, I have felt positive that I'll get better. My thanks go to Dr. Brown and her staff.

Dr. Kristin Brown has very bad bedside manner. She made me totally uncomfortable [...] when I came in to do a follow-up visit with her, talked to me as if I was unintelligent, stupid, and discounting everything that was going on with my personal physical situation. I am just totally disappointed with her, and I would never deal with her as a doctor. And she needs to have some form of retraining or something.

Horrible horrible experience!! [...] The fellow was leaving the room & I mentioned I was cold. She opened a cabinet & grabbed a fitted sheet & tossed it at me saying this is all we have. She left the trash from the testing on the bed & the cabinet door open & left the room. For the next test the actual Dr came in for the first time & was going to have the fellow dr do needle test. I asked to speak to the Dr alone & told her I don't feel comfortable with that person doing the remaining testing. The Dr left & came back after a few minutes saying it's been 5 yrs but she was going to do the tests herself. During the time she was looking for the artery in my leg she said "I hope I can find this. If I hit it wrong you will bleed & pass out so hope I can do this" this didn't make me feel very confident. Also, the place was very dirty. The bed sheets I was sitting on had black short hairs & other marks on them. There was empty medical packaging on the floor between the bed & the wall. The bathroom was disgusting. There was poop that wasn't mine in the toilet that I flushed & pee on the floor. There were paint chips from the walls on the floor & trash. The mirror was smeared with something. I couldn't wait to get out of there & cried in my car when I left.

Dr. Brown was very patient and answered all my questions for me. She is very knowledgeable and very warming.

Dr. Brown and her staff are awesome. I highly recommend them.

I like Miss Kristin Brown because she was well-informed about, you know, about my medical problem that I came in for. She found, she tried to find some solutions that could help me. If she couldn't help me, she found somebody who could. So, and I appreciate that, and I have gotten better. She knew exactly what it was. She told the other doctor what it was to do, who did the procedure, and I have gotten better. So, I do appreciate that. So, she was definitely concerned about my health and she made me better. And I would definitely refer somebody to her as well. Thanks.
