We waited over 40 minutes after our appt time. No one addressed us about the delay. Radiologist was not friendly! However Kimberly was very caring, professional and friendly!
The wait time was long, but the service was excellent
For some reason my 2pm appt was cancelled when I got there at 140 she was able to move my time up. Great service.
The front desk staff seemed to not really know what they were doing. One person told me I had a $40 bill and the other person told my husband I have no pending bills. The PA said we could have our parking validated but the front desk staff said it wasn't possible. I felt like I asked a good number of questions to the PA during my visit and when I left, I realized the PA hadn't asked me many questions or given much information. I ended up calling with more questions later. I don't feel like I was properly prepared for the potential alternate paths my recovery could take and when things change unexpectedly, I do not feel that this team does a great job giving patients and caregivers the tools to be successful.
I would continue seeing her at any time that I need to.
As my first time meeting Kimberly, she immediately caught herself up to my knee injury. She asked all the right questions which helped speed up her consultation. She read the x-rays and commented my cartilage space was still very good, but noticed later my MRI showing stress to my left knee meniscus. I commented there are specific moves that "wakes" my injury up, but it's just only noticeable. She provided exercises with a link to focus specific knee strengthening exercises. Give Kimberly a raise. She listens!!
Hi, the PA was really good. It was Kimberly. Yeah, she explained everything and satisfied with her. But prior to that, the wait was too long. I was there for more than an hour, I think almost an hour and a half. I was waiting there. Everybody already were seen. Nobody else told me that there was a delay. So I waited for an hour and a half. The wait was okay if I was just told that there's a delay on that. I was just waiting there. When I did come to the front desk, nothing really, they did not know. And so I think that wait time was just, you know, that makes me give a negative comment. But otherwise, overall, it was pretty good. The place is nice, clean, everything. The PA was really good. But again, if they could just go do better with informing patients that there is a wait because of a delay or something, we do understand. We just need to be talked to. All right, thank you.
My husband saw Kimberly. She was quick to send him for an ultrasound due to swelling in his foot. We went right away to get the ultrasound, found a blood clot. Thank goodness for her passionate, professional care.
No communication about delay, 1.2 hours. I was contacted via text starting Wednesday for a Monday appointment, even at noon for a 1:45 arrival. But there was NO communication advising me that there would be a 1.2 hour delay. You should have 2 way communication as opposed to one way. My time is valuable also, not just your.
The wait time was awful. I wasn't seen until 1.5 hours after my appointment time.
My experience with this provider was great. The doctor was very forthcoming and honest about the rehabilitation that I need. She explained everything very clearly. Thank you Dr. K. Sirman.
I never spoke to the provider. Stayed on telehealth visit for 30 mins and no provider got on the link. The nurse called and said they were still in clinic with 2 patients left to see and the provider would give me a phone call. I was never called by the provider. The nurse called me back to go over MRI result but did not have a plan of care for the next steps of recovery.
I was scheduled, per the medical portal and a phone call, for a steroid injection. However, this was incorrect. I am still in pain.
Thank you
The PA was excellent.
I am returning for treatment
Everyone was very polite and friendly. Provider was amazing. Definitely recommend to others. Very happy with our services received.
A second time to the same place and worst service than the first and I didn't think it could get any worse. Not knowledgeable wait times were crazy 1.5 hours is insane
The nurse was awesome, she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The whole staff in the back was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks
Very professional, succinct, and empathetic to my concerns. My experience was satisfactory and I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Meeks.
Kim was professional and kind. She had NOT read the MRI results. After she did, and having a subsequent conversation, I decided to not go forward with the planned intervention. She did listen and supported my decision to wait on injections. It's not her job to tell me what to do, but she (anyone) should have read mri results, to be aware of mitigating issues that affect path of treatment.
PA, Sirman is a great provider. Thank you
My appt was at 11. They told me to be there 10:30. I was there very early. It was so many people in here mostly waiting to be seen. I didn't get called back til 12:47. That is very unacceptable. I saw Dr Crumbie for my knew but when I was setting up my appointment the representative asked me if I wanted to see him and I told her it might be a couple of months before I could see him. I asked for someone that was available to see me now and she gave me an appointment for the next week. So I was under the understanding that that was not gonna be long wait time. 30-45 minutes was OK but for me to be seen at 12:47 on a 1030 check in I will not be coming back to this location for ORTHOPEDIC help. Then I had all of mine my chart linked so you can see that I went to HERMAN and had x-ray on my left shoulder and where I saw my PCP on the follow up from the emergency room. I had to let her know that it was linked and everything is there for her to see the history of my situation. They have been going on for about four months. It was all there. I guess it was too much going on and too many people at that location. I will not be returning.
Everyone was very nice and professional. However I waited almost three hours to see the medical assistant. Once they took my x rays I think I was there for 10 minutes. Y'all need to work on yalls time management. Thank you
1) Appointment 1/10/25 @ 9am. The pharmacy still has not received my prescriptions. 2) Progress note state, "Patient did not want an injection at this time." This needs to be removed from the note as I ASKED for injections. 3) Note said, "C5-T1 sensation intact". How would this be determined? By asking questions? 4) 4-5 strength: I was not asked to squeeze the providers hands. Again, how was this determined? 5) Note states X-ray not needed. However, bilateral shoulder X-ray was done. Thanks.
She did not call in my pain medicine like she said she would and she had my pharmacy and phone number. I'm an established patient there so that's the problem and I'm going to call the medical board. So she thinks a broken clavicle isn't painful. Well it is and when I called after hours they told me to go to the emergency room and that is very unprofessional. So that's what I plan to do. That is not due diligence to the patient. Bye.
I was treated well, staff was friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal and I have absolutely no complaints. Great Job!!!
I feel like the x-rays didn't get ordered properly, and we were initially told that we needed to get them redone, and then we never got them done. So I don't even know if the provider saw what she needed to see.
Kimberly was very attentive and answered all my questions!
P A Sirman was great. I implicitly trust the whole staff.
