It really was a great experience: I felt seen, heard and understood. Kim was wonderful - very confident, competent, she actually went over my papers and knew exactly what and how to say to kind of calm me. As a first time mom/pregnant woman, I had a bunch of questions/elements to clarify and each staff member actually treated me very nice, very professionally and full of understanding.
