Khang H. Dang, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston).
Dr. Dang is a fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow surgeon who treats general and complex orthopaedic conditions, trauma, and sports-related injuries. With expertise in non-operative management, arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and open procedures, he focuses on exceptional patient care and getting patients back to the things they love.
Dr. Dang is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Shoulder and Elbow Society, and the Codman Shoulder Society. Additionally, his clinical research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international meetings. He serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.

Everyone was so thoughtful and kind.
The facility was very clean. Everyone I had contact with was very nice & made me feel comfortable. Dr Dang was fantastic! He immediately made me feel at ease, very friendly. He explained my options of treatment & agreed with my decision. Very pleasant & exceptional office & employees! Highly recommend!!

I ifIt was fine I know from experience, surgery doesn't always fix what is needed. We just left it with him saying if the shoulder became too uncomfortable for me to deal with he was there to provide surgery if needed. I will consider it

All was good with the doctor. However I registered online, but had to repeat all the forms at the office upon arrival. This is a waste of my time. The website is good, but is useless if I have to manually repeat again.
