Kevin Coupe, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. In addition to patient care, he provides coverage for Montgomery High School and Oak Ridge High School.
He’s an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr Running 45 min late which made it impossible to meet my next obligation.
The waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. No one seems to care, no one never apologized. Must wanting time in others clinics with a made appointment is no more than 20 minutes and even after they apologize for the time waited. But a 10:30 appointment turned into a 11:45 appointment... that was the time they call me, yet I was there in time for my appointment. Just for a pathetic hear "sorry for the wait we running behind " ... THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE, even after I told the staff that work for this doctor why I'm been call an hour later from my appointments. I got no answer, this woman just decided to ignore like I don't matter. I wasn't there in a charity service. I'm an insured patient that paid for her doctor's visit yet they treated me this way. The doctor is not the problem, the staff is HORRIBLE!!!
My first time visit at this clinic was a positive experience.
I cannot say enough about how confident and secure I felt in the hands of Dr. Coupe for my shoulder replacement surgery. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. All the staff members at this facility have been helpful, understanding and kind.

Dr. Coupe is an excellent provider. He takes time to explain everything in detail and answers all questions. Office visit was extremely efficient as far as wait time, xray, and visit with doctor.
Dr Coupe was a very nice, gentle man who gives you much confidence about what his procedure will do for you! I really liked him as a chosen Dr.
Follow up- needing an mri before further assessment of treatment - scheduling has been frustrating. Memorial Herman first available is a month out. I've called several other imaging centers provided by the dr order and either the facility doesn't perform the type of mri or it requires the dr office to send over an order prior to scheduling an appointment.
Dr. Coupe and his staff have it well together. Everything falls into place. Everybody is well-groomed in their position and their advice. I appreciate it very much. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr Coupe is a first class surgeon who carefully explains your options and makes sure you understand what is involved in the surgery. He has replaced one of my shoulders already with fantastic results and I trust him completely!
