It was like unveiling my life story and even at almost 75 years old discovering better ways to improve my memory, accept my life's journey, and be more optimistic and hopeful about the future no matter what happens. Transformative from walking into the building until I left. It was like visiting an alternate positive universe. No therapist has ever shaped or encouraged me to share about sickle cell anemia in my family in such detail, or had me connect the memory issues in my family as not failure and disease but linked to hereditary and the chronology of treatment. The ADD is usually brought up and recognized but this time it was connected to my struggles in finances, work, and family. I was specifically reminded and encouraged to remember the links to family and personal events but also to the growth in the medical community over these decades. The testing was informative. I became competitive with myself to improve in areas of memory and I was not shamed, blamed or threatened by things I didn't know. I feel hopeful and ready to continue taking care of myself with less guilt and dread. I can accept the support I receive without fear. I received some devastating news when I returned from the testing. I am accepting it with the realization that My Creativity and My Resilience and My God will see me through. I am so grateful I was able to work with this team. I am encouraged.
Hello, yeah, the provider was very listening, she listened very well and she showed compassion and I really enjoyed meeting her.
Polite! Respectful! Compassionate!
Wait time was not a problem. Dr, Kendra Anderson was very polite and professional. I was put at ease with the testing process. I especially appreciate the meeting with Dr. Anderson and the tester after I had finished. She explained the criteria and variations of the disorder I was being tested for.
Hi, I had a great experience with Dr. Anderson and the intern, Matt. I would highly recommend their services. They were very personal, personable, and they took a genuine interest. I've already been conducting the test appropriately.
The telemedicine visit went well. She asked questions and then summarized our answers. I appreciated that.
The ladies were very helpful and handled the tests very professionally. Some of the tests were not my cup of tea but I guess they were necessary. Thank you for your professionalism ladies.
Excellent and professionalism in all the departments that attended me. Thank you very much.
Everyone was very engaging and open. I knew what to expect, what was coming next. Instructions were clear, precise, and to the point. Dr. Anderson was very engaging, not at all clinical, but friendly in her demeanor and her conversations and in explaining those questions that I had for her as well as explaining what the next steps will be. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit, came away with more knowledge about what was going on than I thought. It dispelled some fears that I had already put in my head prior to coming. Very glad of the team that I met with. Thank you.
Dr Anderson and the young lady who did the testing were caring and kind! The young lady at the front desk asked how our commute was. Thought that was very nice
They were all excellent and professional. Thank you for your attention.
My name is [...]. I recently visited Dr. Anderson and she was great. She listened to everything that I said and addressed any concerns that I had. Thank you.
She was very kind and helpful
My son is very literal and everything is in black and white. He does not always understand the terminology that was used, nor how it applies. Example, 'do you hear voices in your head?' In his mind, he always hears voices in his head because that's where voices are heard, not 'do you hear voices in your head, even if no one is speaking?'. Those are kind of confusion things for him and he found some of the testing a little problematic because he didn't quite understand the question.
Great experience, everyone was very nice and courteous to me, waiting times were reasonable. The doctor sat with me and reviewed all results. I was satisfied that the testing was thorough and I was able to give them all the information they needed. Only nit I could possibly pick was the parking fees. If would be nice if they were covered.
The staff was exceptionally pleasant and understanding of our needs. Dr. Anderson was very patient, kind, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything that we needed. She answered all of our questions and left us feeling hopeful, but realistically hopeful. Thank you.
It was a long test and I wish I would've asked some questions after we finished each segment of the test I wasn't sure about the word test?
It felt kind of long and I was tired.
I had a good experience. Thank you.
Her profissional integrity is very highe
Hi everything came out as I just expected
Too long and very exhausting.
Very accommodating. Great communication
I have communicated with many healthcare providers in the past few years and struggle when I "talk" with call center staff and staff who do not care. I understand the backlog for care in Houston since COVID, but a personal approach is appropriated. [...] and Dr Kendra Anderson are exceptional. They "heard" me and responded to my plea for help for my husband.
Dr. Anderson and her team were very caring and supportive and showed concern with my husbands health issues they were very informative and helpful also about getting his physical and cognitive therapy started again we live 2 hours away and by the time we got home his rehab place had called to set up therapy. Thank you all so much for fast work on getting him the help that he so desperately needs. Thank you so much
The Dr. was very helpful in clearing up questions I may have had. She did say she would look me up when I went in to complete my test. She was very professional and helpful.
Great experience - made to feel very comfortable to ask questions - made sure we understood.
I have to wait 2 more weeks to see what she learned, but I have little hope that it will help my current condition. I already know that my cognitive skills are fine. My problem is my balance.
We (my husband and I) talked to the resident, Dr [...], much more than we expected. Dr. Anderson did visit and was present via Zoom for part of the morning.
Enjoyed the experience
