Kendra Cook is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) caring for orthopedic surgery patients. She specializes in joint reconstruction, and foot and ankle care. She works alongside orthopedic surgeon Kelly Blevins, MD.
Cook received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Sam Houston State University. She completed her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at The University of Texas-Pan American.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Cook enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their children.

Everything about the clinic, the visit, previous surgery was outstanding. The only thing I would have anything to say of it is you have sent us two surveys in the same day, one to my husband's and one to my phone. You've also called. We've answered the survey. I've now answered the survey on the phone. It's the same question. So I've been asked four times to answer a survey. We've now done it twice. That needs to change. But everything else is great. Thank you.

This was my first knee surgery . My Dr Blevins, was excellent in my care during and after . Memorial Herman Surgical Team Is the best I have ever had. They were so caring and made before procedure awesome.
Great experience, office staff needs more organization
Kendra was my knee go to person and her Dr B. As soon as I change insurance again I came back!! Best info on my knee. They are the best. If I have to change insurance again I am going to make sure Dr B and Kendratake that insurance!!!
I finally found someone who really cared and knew what to do for my foot. I am so grateful to the entire staff and for Dr. Blevins. Kendra Cook is really a cut above.

Always had great care
Dr. Blevins and Kendra are an excellent team. They listen and talk. They ask questions. So far, when I've been in front of them, I get a relaxed sense of time and a willingness to make time should I need it.

Even though the clinic and provider were very busy due to a holiday week, I felt like the front desk and provider were very kind and personable and made me feel welcome. I especially liked my provider, Kendra. Very kind and knowledgeable and treated me like an individual patient and gave me her 100% attention. Truly appreciated her.
