Provider was extremely patient and understanding of my concerns. She answered all my questions. I felt comfortable discussing my medical history and previous medical decisions.
Provider was really nice and helpful. Staff wise like the MA and the lab tech were rude. Lab tech had no manners at all. And just seen as like she was laughing at me the whole time. MA was not sincere when she told me she was going to let my husband in with me after she had gotten me set up. Which was a total lie because she never had the opportunity to come in and be with me in the exam room for support. She could have been honest about it, if she didn't want him in the exam room with me instead of lying and giving false hopes. I just think staff should be better trained. With professionalism and great customer service.

From the reception desk to the nurse and the dr. the care my daughter received was professional and friendly. She felt at ease and was well cared for.
