They didn't tell me about the post-surgery care I needed to follow. All the doctors assume that one knows everything. They should provide written care instructions to better understand them. Thank you.
Dr Keith was great, I wasn't stressed the whole time I was there.
My first time in this location. Everyone was really nice and my provider meet all my needs
My first time visit was very welcoming made me feel cared for.
Answered all my questions and was a nice person to have a conversation with. And I am at the moment completely satisfied with him and looking forward to the next visit. Although I didn't get the payment estimate I asked for, but it's a question to be addressed to reception and not to Keith Riggs. That's it for now.

Good doctor and services
Everybody at the office was great, from the receptionist to the nurse, Dr. Riggs was excellent and the student doctor that was shadowing him was great as well. Am so glad UT Physicians opened a women's center at MH Southwest where it's accessible.
Front office staff were very friendly! There was no wait time and I was immediately placed in a room. Dr. Riggs came in two minutes later and spoke in depth about what to expect for pregnancy and delivery. It was a very good first visit.

Dr. Riggs and his entire staff, nursing staff and doctors that are still on their mission to become great doctors, Dr. Riggs saved my life. He was very adequate and he was very precise and professional. He walked me through everything that was going to happen in my surgery and I want to thank him dearly and thank his staff for giving me excellent care and also excellent recovery advice. Well, the truth is I was very scared, but the doctor, from my first appointment with him, made me trust him. I am alone in this country and I was scared, but thank God everything went well. I will be grateful to my doctor and nurses who helped with my operation.

Dr. Riggs is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Also, he has great bedside manners and he made me feel very comfortable during my exam. Dr. Riggs took all necessary tests to assure me that all my concerns were met. Dr. Riggs answered all of my questions . He was able to pull up my medical records and see all of my previous tests and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend him and it was my first time visiting him.
