Doctor Mcbeth was great and informative, the nurses were very kind and the lady at the front desk was super sweet, however the office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and confronted me in-front of my child. If it weren't for that experience I would recommend others to this office.

Visit was okay. No complaint regarding in person with the doctor. She listened and seemed to figure care what was going on. Front desk lady, wasn't rude but wasn't great for working in a pedi office. The huge problem for me was after. My daughter had a CXR done Thursday morning, I did receive the instant results in Mychart, but also indicating not released or viewed by provider. So I gave till middle of night Friday(pre then a full day) to send a message to provider for someone to call me to explain the results, well still as of today, Christmas night ( yes I know maybe one or two days holiday- office closed). However, I called the office Monday and the person stated she couldn't get a hold of the nurse so will send message to the provider. With me explaining how I had been waiting since Thursday and because I knew of the holiday coming up, well I still got what I was trying to avoid. Sent another message Monday. This is ridiculous. With how my daughter is still recovering from being sick, we were referred to see a pulmonologist and waited months to get an appt. And then now, days or don't know till what to get someone to explain to me regarding results. I don't know if this is a provider issue, or staff issue to pass along the message. But weird, how dr informed us that she responds to messages good and going on a week, nothing! And to say the group of Hospitalist whom I work with, informed me this was a great choice.

Dr. Mcbeth was rude and condescending. She barely had patience with my [..]. She talked to me unprofessionally and made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing all the answers to the questions she was asking[...].

The entire appointment took over two and a half hours. From getting into the office with the check-in process and filling out the paperwork, to getting into the back, to seeing the doctor, and finally finishing up, it was almost a three-hour visit period, which I think is entirely too long for a follow-up appointment.

Dr. Mcbeth is amazing. She listened and made us feel heard. She explained and shared her incredible knowledge. We are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Dr. McBeth was very thorough and took time to listen and discuss our child's condition and treatment plan.

More than an hour of waiting from the time of my appointment to the time of being attended. My appointment was at 2:40 pm, we arrived as requested and they attended to us at 3:45 pm. The child was tired from school and hungry and even fell asleep. They must improve their attention times.

I did not like the treatment of the doctor, very arrogant and unprofessional. I do not think I will return for another consultation.

The wait time is too long. Our appointment was for 2:20, we arrived 02:00 and we didn't see the provider until 3:40. This is very discouraging. My daughter hated the visit because we had to wait that long to see the doctor. Also this is not the first time it's happening. It's all the time. We have to wait.

Doctor McBeth is amazing! She is so competent, compassionate, and personable. The initial diagnosis of Asthma was scary and she has guides us through the learning process and helped us feel empowered to manage this chronic condition. Our daughter has seen significantly improved health and athletic performance with Dr. McBeth's care. The nursing staff and communication staff are excellent as well. Our only complaint is we do NOT like your patient portal. The staff is very considerate about our dislike of this technology and kindly communicates with us with a good old fashioned phone call as requested. This extra step is so important to our family when we are stressed!
