Hi, we just wanted to add that the entire staff at the Duncan Center was extremely kind and professional and especially with, and just so sensitive to just the fact that we're there because something is wrong and we're just so grateful for the kindness and the positiveness of everyone that was there and the nurse, Katherine Pope, that we worked with just was so positive and she spoke about our son and just the outlook and just so gentle and understanding in the way that she spoke to us and him and just I felt like she was able to verbalize all of the things that I was seeing in him but to verbalize it in a way that I was unable to and I felt like she also was very cognizant of his strength.
