Dr. Caplan was a great help. She was very friendly, very warm, very personable, and she really got down to the nitty-gritty of my issues and was able to, you know, zoom in on how to help me deal with all my emotions and everything that I experienced. And I definitely would give her a thumbs up and definitely would not mind, you know, seeing with her again in the later future if I had any more issues or anything else comes up. So, thumbs up.
Front desk staff had a dismissive attitude and flat affect. Personally, this wasn't the ideal way to start a visit, but everyone else was awesome!

I love the service that Kailey Caplan provides. It's always really fun to have, I think, some of her students. I think she's a professor or something. She's a really great provider. She's hilarious. She's understanding. She knows what I'm going through before I even say it. And her students are always a joy to talk to. I mean, they're really funny.
