Dr. Justin Morgan is a fellowship-trained neurologist who practices general neurology with special interests in electromyography and nerve conduction studies, electroencephalography, and intraoperative monitoring. He earned his medical degree at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston.
After completing a preliminary year of internal medicine at The University of Texas Southwestern’s Austin program, he returned to Houston to complete a neurology residency at McGovern Medical School, where he was chief resident. Following residency, he trained as a clinical neurophysiology fellow at UTHealth.

The doctor and nurse were great they listen to my wants and needs. The receptionist needs to be a little more attentive to the patients. I must have caught her at a bad time. I did not feel welcomed .

The doctor and staff were fine. The exam and experience were mostly great. The parking situation is horrendous. It took at least 30 minutes of waiting to get a parking spot. Also, my visit here was to find the source of nerve damage in my legs . So , I have trouble walking distances. UT health neurosciences should have valet parking or some type of wheelchair service would've been very helpful. I have been to the memorial city location and it's even worse. I'll never go there again .

After my visit before I left the office my arm had bled all over my blouse and running down my arm. I did not notice this until I was walking out of the office and felt something running down my arm. I did not go back into the office for help because I was too upset.

I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before appointment time. I arrived 40 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour. Tech Carlos was very helpful and kind.
Everyone is so friendly in that office and Dr Morgan is a peach.
Great treatment and made my visit very pleasant. I tend to get a little nervous when I attend doctors but I get calmer when I see dr. Morgan. Also with his staff I more calmer. I thank these group of professionals
