Everyone was very kind and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Bortolotti was very thorough and even asked me questions to make sure she understood me completely. My doctor always makes me feel at ease. I trust her. She is one of the best doctors I've had. I wish she had been my mother's doctor.
Professional & very good Dr in very way!
Some of these questions are senseless and should have an "not applicable" answer box. Example: " Was I treated as a unique person? That question is unfair to the health care worker. How would they know if I was "unique" or if I "felt unique". I was treated kindly, warmly, and friendly. Modify your survey questions and/or add a " Not Applicable" check box selection!
