Dr. Drain is very compassionate and isn't in a rush to get you in and out. He listens and answers your questions. He cares for his patients well being.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Drain asked me to start from the beginning of when I started having symptoms as my case is rather complicated and he took the time to address each stage of my injury progression and how he is going to try and help me fix it.

I met Dr. Drain at Hermann Memorial Hospital in Katy. He was very, very nice and made sure that I knew everything that was going on with me and when I went to the office that's off of Campbell, the staff was beautiful. So I have already recommended people.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in healthcare. The office was well managed, everyone was on time, the X-ray tech, nurse and doctor were all exceptional.
The provider and the PA were great!!! The location is VERY convenient and has good human attention! Special recognition to Carmel at the front desk! I've been here several times for my mother's appt and my sister's; she and the front desk team are all very polite, professional, and attentive! and also the ladies that do the casts ( Gabriela and Epifania )
I really appreciated how efficient and quickly my appointment was moved along. I loved how informative and already informed the doctor was. I loved all of his suggestions. However, when I went to check out, my appointment was scheduled incorrectly. It was supposed to come back in a month, I mean a week, and they scheduled me for over a month away and were not able to print out my referrals to take with me. So I think the front desk staff needs to be trained up a little harder for check out. Check in was amazing, but check out was a little difficult. Overall, I was very pleased with the experiment, experience, excuse me.
I'm truly glad that I met Dr. Joseph Drain at the trauma center at Hermann Memorial in the Medical Center. He saved my life. He's the best doctor I've ever had and I will always keep him as long as he is a physician.
