Parking very confusing. Why is side entry barricaded and actual entry way around back in the dark? Didn't find UT patient signs until no longer in vehicle. Why does "sidewalk" in garage have support posts blocking it? This excludes walkers & wheelchairs!!! Push button to open "handicapped" doors hard to find & didn't work to let us out of facility. The older facility next door was much better! We cannot park on garage roof in the sun! Is UT Health / UT Physicians going broke? We never found food or pharmacy in this "station"!

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10 o'clock appointment. I saw the doctor at approximately 11:45 This appointment was for an annual check up which had been on your books for a year. There is something seriously wrong with your scheduling procedures.
