Dr. Shum is always so sweet. I always enjoy seeing him.
Always have a great visit with Dr Shum & staff!!
Great experience and the doctor was very informative
I appreciate the excellent care and professionalism.
The doctors and staff were great... just the wait time is entirely too long.
Definite lack of communication and follow through. Staff, residents and doctors are way too rushed and uninformed. Everything done on the run more or less.
We are very very please with the care of Dr Shum
Dr Shum and his team are excellent - I am glad I am his patient.
Booking an appointment was extremely difficult, and I received some bad info initially.
My experience was okay, I just wish I knew more about my diagnosis all I know is that I have mild displasia I don't know how I got it or if it goes away or anything else except it is precancerous cells.
I appreciate being able to be seen as a new patient since I was told he was not able to take any new patients
Dr. Shum provided us with a plethora of information & explained everything in terms we could easily understand.
It was a very bad experience. I will not like to go back there.
My experience with Dr Shum and his staff is always a positive experience. I am grateful for the care I receive. He always takes his time with my examination and sits and answers all questions. I alway leave feeling satisfied with my visit.
Very thorough and pleasant. Answered all my concerns. Dr. Shum and his associates took great care of me and my concerns.
I was nervous about about getting a new dr, but the resident, and Dr Shum were very supportive ! They took time to visit with me and my husband and son!
Very satisfied
Dr. Shum and his staff are awesome people! I have always been treated with respect and kindness! [...] I would highly recommend Dr. Shum to everyone I know! He truly cares about his patience well being! [...]
They didn't send me to my neighbor who the doctor recommended. Thank you.
Very thorough and professional
Dr. Shum is great. surgery went well follow up was good. wait time was a little long. On follow up but over all good experience thanks again
I think Dr Shum was a little over booked. He still spent time and listened to me and I didn't feel rushed. He is a great doctor, I trusted him with my life and I am still here!!!
Excellent,
Very friendly and caring
My issues were thoroughly discussed. Dr. Shum called my referring dentist, which was very helpful
Physicians and staff are quite professional, skilled and attentive. The care I receive is excellent.
I understand long wait time is sometimes not avoidable or difficult to predict, but waiting room chairs are very uncomfortable.
I scheduled an appointment to see Dr Shum and have a biopsy. Neither of those things happened. I saw a resident who arrived 30 min late and said he would request to have a biopsy scheduled. This could have been done without me coming in at all.
I have anxiety as it relates to visiting dentist because of my trauma experience. Provider ask me to explain my knowledge about my visit and I did. The only thing I learned from this visit is bone structure for the reconstruction of my condition. He told me it could take up to 2yrs to the process.. Very disappointed and heartbreaking. I'm very sensitive to this situation and no empathy was displayed.
Dr. Shum and his staff are very professional and caring.
