The Doctor was excellent and so was the staff. Our wait time was much longer than expected. But the professionalism of everyone made up for it. Overall it was a very good experience Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and professional and the wait time was minimal. Very good service.
I was not too happy as the provider did not have the proper equipment to inject the cortisone shot. I was referred to another radiologist for the shot. Most podiatrists have Xray machine in their office for such procedures, I am told. I was supposed to pick up a prescription printout about an insole he recommended but it was not there when I checked out.

He was a very nice man. Made us feel very comfortable. Explained what had happened and our first means of actions. He noticed another problem as well and we discussed that. I really liked him.

Doctor John treated me as if I was a nuisance to him he was rude and just would not listen to how i was feeling with my pain on my ankle i then made him listen to me....this doctor acts as if he does not care about his patience...my first doctor that I was seeing after my injury doctor Shaw was the best doctor i had doctor Shaw is very patient with her patience because she cares!

I arrived for my appointment ~ 1 hour early so I hardly waited ~10 minutes to see Doctor Zhao. He was very through and gave some surgical options to possibly explore.
