I'm very happy for choosing Dr John Williams as my doctor.He is extremely intelligent and very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and an excellent listener. He has a beautiful personality. I definitely trust him with my medical care. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

So impressed with Dr Williams. He is not a get rich quick doctor. We arrived with a blank MRI dvd from provider in Louisiana. However, Dr Williams sat and talked to my husband, [...] to make sure he understood the ramifications of surgery to remove scar tissue from his spine at 80 years old. We felt so much better when we left his office.

Dr Williams and his assistant Andre were both great.
Dr. Williams made the appointment very easy to schedule along with Andre. And Dr. Williams took time to explain to us the nature of the injury, what he should and shouldn't be doing as a patient with that injury, and what next steps would look like.
The honesty on how to get better care to finish what I need to accomplish to get the proper treatment, even if it wasn't with him.
I had top notch service from everyone at this facility and my gratitude to Dr Quinn who performed my back surgery. I will recommend this facility to anyone needing you
Something needs to be done about a person not being able to get into their portal. No matter what I put in as my account number and/or my password, I can not get into my portal!
Dr. Williams was wonderful and his assistant that took our information was great. Beautiful, wonderful personality. All the staff was great. Thank you.

Professional through care
I would like to see be seen in her in Memorial in Katy instead of down there I guess this is Herman Memorial Universal City downtown which is too busy Katie is a much better place I think because it's not as crowded and they need to listen to the patient more cuz I don't listen to the patient they just look at you and say oh you look wonderful you could go to treatment the wrong way to do it need to have a little bit more bedside manners talking about not my nurses my nurses are pretty good it was someone higher up than him I don't want to say who though but I think you know who I'm talking about

I accidentally said no on the amount of them notifying me at the time of the visit. So yes, they did notify me with the visit. Secondly, I appreciate the advanced text to remind me of the visit. And finally, I appreciate the whole idea of the post-op visit and to continually provide me care after the surgery. He's an excellent neurosurgeon and I'm so glad God put him in my path, and I'm feeling much better.
I felt very welcomed and comfortable with everyone.
We were a little confused getting where we needed to be but everyone was extremely helpful to receptionists to security guards. Altogether a good experience!!
I was nervous at first, then ANDRE was so sweet and made me feel calm and IN THE RIGHT PLACE! Dr. John Williams explained everything in detail. NO rush. And all the referrals were sent immediately. Very happy to have found him!!!!

Even though I had some cancelations and rescheduling, I know there were extenuating circumstances and staff was apologetic. All staff were kind, professional. Dr Williams and Andre are kind, knowledgeable and gave my husband and I much confidence for my treatment.

Both Dr. Williams and Nurse Andre were terrific. While I am not excited about having to undergo surgery, I believe that I will have the best care possible.
My experience with this physician went well! I just did not like the fact that he mentioned to my daughter about "if I follow my diet". I am not on any diet and my Daughter seems to take those words a little too far. My "diet" had nothing to do with my stroke! It was and is "stress"!
