The CMA who roomed me was excellent. He did the best job checking for an accurate BP than any othe CMA who has check my blood pressure.
Dr. Halphen, treated us with respect & compassion.
The attention of all the staff is excellent.
Dr. Halphen was very patient with me. He answered all my questions satisfactory. He is the kindest and thoughtful doctor I have ever had.
Everything went as expected and was a good experience
Very good experience except for long waits at times.
This was the best office experience I have ever had in 70 years.
Dr Halphen was very nice to me and my wife and was very thorough with both of us and very helpful
Dr. Halphen is the best doctor I ever had.
The attention for old people as me is the best, more than in any private medical care. The best in Houston.
It was very good!!!!
Great, as always.
Thankful that my doctor allowed to complete my thought process when asking questions. It made it easier to stay focused on the task. I greatly appreciated how he worked through questions and compared drug information against my listed disabilities/disorders. Great relief!!
The doctor was kind took his With me...
Dr Halphen is consider, caring and compassionate. He didn't rush us and answered all our questions. Wish there were more physicians like him. Good job UT for finding him.
The 2 hour wait was a surprise.
Doctor Halphen was very patient with me, he spent a lot of times answering my questions. He is the best doctor I ever had
Dr. Halphen and his team are so easy to be around and so thorough, I leave knowing we've covered all topics. When I exit, I'm glad I made the appointment. Worthwhile. Thank you each.
I am very happy with my health care from Dr. Halphen. He has a beautiful bedside manner. He's very calming and he's very knowledgeable and he listens to me when I'm talking or expressing any type of symptoms or whatever. We do the research right on the spot and that is something that I like having from a doctor so that I can make decisions, intelligent decisions about my health care. Thank you.
An excellent choice even if we had to wait 3 months to get in.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with all UT providers! My husband has been a patient of the Center for Healthy Aging for over a year and my experiences when accompanying him led me to move my care to the Center. Kudos to your hiring and training folks for finding such caring people at all levels of care. I definitely recommend you to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!
First, I was super amazed at how long I was able to spend with Dr Halphen. He was very thorough and made me feel like the most important patient in the building. I felt sorry for the next patient waiting to see him. I already recommended him to my daughter's elderly husband! It was definitely worth the 2 months I had to wait for the appointment. Maybe longer. Can you tell how eager I was to get the chance to crow about my visit
He spent a lot of time talking with me, which I thought was wonderful since most docs come and leave in a hurried fashion.
The wait time was challenging (30+ mins) but we like Dr. Halphen so it was ok.
It's refreshing to visit a physician's office that isn't overbooked and where the doctor isn't pushing you out quickly to see the next patient.
Very helpful referrals and tests ordered as well as the expected medical advice.
for my annual Medicare Wellness exam prefer blood test before appointment to be discussed during the exam. Prediabetes and borderline hyperglycemia were not discussed. Coordination/management between existing medical doctors and medications (example-Cardiologist does not have much to say about IPF, Pulmonologist does not have much to say about Afib. Expecting care coordination and side effects between IPF and Afib to be discussed.) I rely on Pharmacy for medication interactions. Dr Halphen suggested asking Pulmonologist about taking Cellcept and Ofev together. Do appreciate Dr. Halphen's time he spent with me. This was first appointment with Dr. Halphen and UT Physicians Center for Healthy Aging and hope my next annual Medicare Wellness exam will be more helpful.
I always have a good experience
It was just my first visit with the doctor.
