We've been coming to see Dr. Conway now for over a year for my son's injury. And between Dr. Conway, Darren Marino, Andrea, and the rest of the staff, I would say really fantastic, you know, healthcare provided services, always answering questions, always taking the extra time. The resident did not introduce himself to me nor any of my family members (Dr. Ford I believe was his name but I never knew). He was ignoring the attending, Dr. Conway, the entire time. Seemed disinterested and disengaged, like he wanted to be anywhere else but in that clinic room. I found his behavior to be unprofessional and unbecoming of a future physician. Dr. Conway was amazing and professional as always!
