The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was almost no wait time and Dr cowling was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. He listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with care.
Yes, when I made the post-op appointment, I was told everything was available at the office. I didn't need anything. I assumed I had no payment. It was a post-op visit. When I got there, I was charged for my co-pay and when I expressed my concern about post-op visit, I felt like the lady at the front desk just was rude about it and went on and on about it for a little bit. That was the only problem I had with the office that day.
This is the beginning of a relationship. I need to loss weight. Basically I am going to Have to do it the diet route. Basically without saying it he wanted me to return to a keto diet eliminating as much carbs as I can.

I was very sick when I arrived at the hospital. Dr Cowling did test to find out what was wrong and explained it to me. Took me to surgery right away. . I had the best surgeon . Thank you Dr. John Cowling
