Starting from the beginning, the x-ray technician I had was extremely friendly and it was obvious she was trying to do a very good job and get a good x-ray, so I really appreciated that. And Mr. Semenoff, I don't think he was Dr. Semenoff, but anyway, he was very personable but also very professional, helped me look at the x-rays and described to me what the problem was and then what the solutions might be. So it was very helpful and very informative, a good visit altogether. Thank you.

I was impressed from the time entering the reception and waiting area- checking in and promptly getting put into an examination room. The nurse was very pleasant and attentive. Then, John was outstanding- listening, explaining his diagnosis and explaining the options. The injection went very well, and today, I am pain free. I am married 55 years to a retired surgical nurse, and she was very pleased with the results of visiting your clinic. We can't begin to thank you enough.

I asked for information on the cost of an xray. Was told that they checked insurance and would cost me $7.01. I agreed based on this information. Got to check out and was told it would be almost 5x that amount. I felt deceived. I will not be back.

Staff worked to set my appt and the appt went great.
