The receptionist was not friendly at all. She never explained to me what she was doing. After standing there looking at her for a while, I asked her what she was doing? I finally told her that I would seat down and she can call me back if she needs me. I was ger only customer. There was not another person there but me and my children. She needs re training on how to treat customers. Everyone else we interacted with was nice and professional. They knew what they were doing and appeared to care about my daughters health
Loved the doctor, the athletic trainer and the xray tech. Each one of them were nice and thorough. Catered to our needs. Answered all of our questions.

We LOVED LOVED everything about our visit!! Every single person from the front desk to our check out was AMAZING!!! As we left, my daughter (who does not like dr visits) told me mom this was so cool! everyone was so so nice and loving. Thank y'all for making it so easy, for making us feel so welcomed and cared for

All the staff are very knowlegable and are very helpful with my daughter.
My daughter had the beginning of an infection on her toes, there was no plan or treatment help. I'm not sure what to do to improve the issue at this point. Also there was mention about vitamin supplements, but I was never given dosage.
I appreciated the time that she took to answer my child's questions. No matter how crazy they seemed, she took the time and the care and made sure that my child felt comfortable and well heard as far as her questions were pertained. I do appreciate that and I have nothing but praise for your team. Thank you.

I appreciated the way the staff spoke to my son who is [...]. They were extremely nice and asked questions and explained things in a way that made sense to him.
Everyone we came in contact with was kind, respectful, and made us feel at ease. Sheedy was very knowledgeable, listened to both me and my daughter, and was patient. We were very impressed with everyone. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Just wanted to say thank you to all nurses and doctor who was with us on our appointment. My son was very nervous about the appointment, but turned out he was smiling the whole time! Thank you for truly caring for your patients!!!
My daughter was very nervous in going to the doctor in general, but the doctor was so friendly and so a friend so playful with her that I believe that my daughter just forgot that she was even in the doctor's office and I really enjoyed that. It made me calm as a parent and also made her calm as a child. I would definitely go back to her doctor and recommend UT Health Physicians anyone I know.
They give excellent service.
