Dr. Tinubu and his PA, Caroline, were outstanding throughout this whole year-long process with me. I had a pelvic fracture, and I completely trust his opinion and Caroline's opinion. I appreciate very much everything they've done along with the rest of the office. They're very attentive. They're very punctual. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you.
I made an appointment with the doctor, I was seen by a physician assistant. I was not notified of the switch. When I make an appointment with the doctor that's who I want to be scheduled with. I did see the doctor, but it was after I requested to talk to him.
My whole care team is top notch!
There was no wait time . We got there on time and went right in to see the doctor. She explained to us that after removing the cast on her arm and an x-ray, she could not see a broken bone to start with.
They didn't tell me about my wait time because it was so short that there wasn't any point in telling me what the wait time was going to be. And I asked all the questions I had to the provider, so there wasn't really any need for me to run around and do follow-up questions. So that's why I gave the kind of no ratings for those.
Not everyone throughout the office was a people person. I never spoke with the actual doctor but through his PA.
It all went well. I'm hoping to get over it. I'm still going to the doctor so I can't answer all that. Thank you.
Everything was great. The Dr. is wonderful.
It's not, the procedure is okay, but the people when you are waiting for the procedure, it will give you a problem. I was telling you I've got some bad experiences with the people. So, no.
I had a traumatic injury 51 weeks ago sending 3 months in the hospital. I am very appreciable of the care I received during my recovery.
I was treated very well at the Ehrman Memorial. The nurses, doctors, physical therapists, the food personnel were wonderful. And it was a very positive experience for me. I was treated very well and with a great deal of kindness. And that's it.
professional people that care
Everyone was great from the start to finish. Nurse, X-ray tech, Doctor and the wonderful lady who checked me out. It is always a great experience there.
Wonderful group!
Very good service, everything is very good, very funny.
Dr, T ALWAYS makes me feel that he listens and puts me at ease. The staff is great, including the x-ray department.
Thank you for providing a positive atmosphere in an seemingly awful situation.
My appointment was set at 10:30. By 11 a.m. I still hadn't been seen, so I had to ask the front desk when I would be seen. Once I got into the room, the doctor was really good. The waiting time, was my only complaint.
Excellent communication. Friendly and accommodating. Totally alleviated any fear and concerns about possible surgery.
Great staff
Awesome
I have to say I was there three times and each time I was over my wait time to get into a room was over in 45 minutes to an hour and to be seen was another half hour. I feel like my time was not appreciated and I did not appreciate the wait time. Then I saw the doctor twice and I guess I was there four times and I never, I saw mostly the PA and anyway. Anyway, it was a frustrating experience, the wait time, totally ridiculous. I'm a nurse and my time is as valued
Great experience.
I was visiting from Michigan over the holidays and fell the day before leaving, breaking my femur. I am 86 and thought I may never walk again. Dr. Tinubu and his team have given me more years of living independently and made me feel very careful for so far away from my home.
Waited 90minutes in the waiting room. Dr never apologized or gave a reason.
Friendly, explains very well and listens..Knows his business..Cares.. knowledgeable
Claimed at office visit to help get pain under control, still 3 days after my visit they can't and won't help me with refilling my medication
Dr. Tinubu is always very helpful and concerned for my improvement
I felt like I was special the way the doctor, staff and UT treated me and my husband.
Dr Tinubu was awesome. He explained our treatment so we could understand
