I was completely satisfied with the providers that I saw today. I was also impressed with the amount of time that they spent with me. The medical student Holden was very thorough and professional. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I am grateful and impressed with the care I received today.
I felt like she didn't care at all about anything that I had to say and she was very judgmental for no reason. I was told to come to an appointment and she treated me with no respect at all.

I would like it if, when you go to the doctor and someone makes a suggestion or asks you a question, you would be more specific in your answers, not leave you sometimes with the answer adrift or leave you thinking that it is what you have to do, what options to know what you do not have to continue so much, whether it be vitamins, or steps you should not follow to return to work. Thank you very much.

Dr Lin did not have any of my records, it's been 20 years since last seen at this location. I know she knows about M/S but felt bad that she was blind sided. I had given her my personal records that I carry and saved...
[...] The MRI results that were to be reviewed by Dr. Lin were not available on the UT system. I had brought a copy of the MRI's to assure the results were included in my care. The copy was downloaded during my appointment with Dr. Lin; however, not reviewed with me. This appointment was very disorganized and disappointing. [...]
I left with a better knowledge of my disease, and my treatment options. Dr. Lin was responsive, hopeful and kind!
