Dr. Lankford seemed genuinely interested and concerned with my daughter's situation and offered great advice for her future.
Everyone is very friendly, the doctors and receptionists.
Terrible experience. They seemed, like, careless and they didn't care about my daughter. He didn't even look at her medical record. And he was so late. I got there and waited for, like, an hour in the room and he didn't show up till I told him, like, I'm gonna get up to leave. And he sent his assistant. Then I told her if the doctor is not gonna come, I'm just gonna leave. And then he came after five minutes and he was like, you're in a hurry. Tell me what's going on. I told him, did you take a look at the medical record? Do you know why we are here? We already spoke with the nurse. We spoke with the, and they have the medical record. They have all the medication in the system. She showed me and told me she's still taking this and that. And I told her yes. And it shows everything that
The most pleasant Physician experience I have ever (ever) had. Dr. Lankford and staff are genuinely awesome in every way. Professional, kind, considerate, compassionate, caring, empathetic and so much more. It's a rare trait to make the adult and the minor feel like they matter and are important.
Dr Lankford is the best pediatric neurologist. He talks to Sadie and listens to her. She trusts him and is willing to undertake the diagnostic tests and takes his advice. He is definitely a Godsend.
For were thorough and spent a lot of time with us. Very pleased.
Imani was friendly and nice when I checked in. I waited less than 3 minutes and I was early. Dr Langford was fabulous as usual. Listened to all my concerns and questions. Nurse Jackie was great and made sure I got a school note for my son. Morgan was able to work with my schedule to find a time that was convenient.
Everyone was amazing. It was a great experience.

Dr lankford is a great doctor!
Just love Dr Langford. He always pays attention to us and [...]. He took the time to listen to her and do sign language with her as she was doing that and that makes me very happy as parents he is paying attention to her. Great doctor!!!
Dr. Lankford and his residents were exceptionally kind and observant and asked all kinds of thought-provoking questions to get a clear understanding about what my daughter was going through. However, your receptionist who checked me in was extremely rude.
An excellent neurologist
Dr. Lankford was very kind and knowledgeable. However, the office seems too busy. We were not able to get in with Dr. [...] who we saw the the hospital. We were told to follow up with her within 10 days. I had to call 4 different times to push for an appointment and it still was not within the timeframe and we had to see a different doctor. [...] We will not be coming back and I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr. Lankford is attentive and reassuring - a breath of fresh air. The attending needs a little more oomph in demeanour, as she comes off a little nonchalant. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and both doctors were great with their interaction with my daughter.
