Not the first time I didn't feel heard at this clinic. What more should I expect I guess
The doctor was not rude, but I could feel the shortness. I was there for a concern and she did her job to address I hope. I understand she was really behind schedule it just left me feeling uncomfortable. I appreciate her seeing me, but Dr. Tat would not be my first choice for care in the future.
The booking person said greater heights had an opening so I could speed up the process but failed to explain I would be seen there from now on whereas I thought I would be seen at another location closer to me. Doctor was a bit patronizing and check out lady was unprofessional.
Dr.Tat helped me through an emotionally difficult diagnosis and answered all my questions very clearly. I felt very comfortable under her care for a surgical procedure as well as general appointments. I will definitely be continuing future care with her and would recommend her to others.

Its a lomg wait and then after appointment there's no way to communicate or ask questions, it's kind of no one knows anything . It's been a crazy experience, specially trying to get a hold of them on phone.

I loved meeting Dr. Jennifer Tat. I found her very warm, very humane and factual. Gave me all the information that I asked for and more. Gave me pros and cons and why things were serious and good and bad. So I really appreciated talking to her and being able to see her so quickly. Communication with some of the staff, I think, could be improved.
I was called and felt like they were trying to force me into admitting a pregnancy with methotrexate due to a "possible" ectopic. But I wasn't having an ectopic. If I wouldn't have advocated for myself and DECLINED they would've killed my baby. Would not recommend to anyone.
Dr. Tat is not usually doctor that I see, I had the chance to see her since my Dr is on vacation but I truly truly feel like Dr. Tat really listened and heard every concern I had. Dr. Tat explained and provided me with information about my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or like a was in a revolving door of patients. I loved my experience with Dr. Tat and would definitely recommend her!

I wish there was a unique sign in and sign out system to see the midwives and that it was automatic that if you have seen a midwife and you're part of the midwife program, you are only scheduled with midwives. I had a scheduling issue where I was scheduled with an OBGYN instead of one of the other midwives and I didn't know that. And so I missed the opportunity to meet one of the other midwives as part of my routine prenatal care. In my experience at Texas Children's, they had their own check-in and check-out staff that made it really easy to sign up for your next appointment with the correct team of providers. And the wait times were much shorter there, only about 15 minutes and overall it just felt more comfortable.
My provider listened to my concerns and proceeded to provide the information I needed and provided a solution.
I came to see this doctor for the first time. I understand it was a busy day at the office. The doctor listened to me when I talked about all pains I was having. I mentioned there is also something on my breast, she ensured me that because I'm breastfeeding but she said she will also check my breast. At the end she only checked my pelvis/vaginal and rushed out nothing about my breast.
I'm disappointed as a Memorial Hermann employee of the service I received. I felt like just another number. The gynecologist didn't answer any of my questions and was rushing the whole time. I could of gone somewhere else to get better service.
The entire care team did an excellent job during my visit. I have already recommended Dr.Tat to friends.
Dr. Tat is so warm and friendly. She remembered me and a health concern from two years ago. The staff was friendly and I was seen on time.
