I could have gone to urgent care, but I chose to be seen at UT Health. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days.
The wait time was minimal. This was not my regular provider. She did a good job.
I think it's sad that a provider will not listen to you because they were too busy trying to pin everything on mental illness. And because of that you don't get the proper Health everything is not about mental health illness.

The provider was rude and careless. I have never been treated like that before. I will not be going to this provider again and do not want any sort of communication with this nurse practitioner again. She should have been more caring and understanding. She didn't bother to look at my history with UT. At the end she stated in under-minding tone "I could just go"
Jenna is a Top Tier NP! She knows her stuff and is not afraid to tell you what she is thinking. Superb!
The nurse practitioner I saw, Jenna Falcon, she was super knowledgeable, super personable, knew what she was doing. I felt very heard and like she was being thorough, so that was really great. Front desk people were great. I came in on a Saturday, so it really wasn't busy. There was like nobody there, but everybody that I did interact with was wonderful, so kudos to them.
Jenna Norman is a really good provider. I would see her again.

Great physicians
The only thing that was very unsettling with me was how appointments were set up when I did not want them yet ! Referrals were discussed and give phone numbers given for ME TO CALL TO set up appointments at my time and discretion! I had to call to cancel something I did not set up ! And I am set up with the UT medical App , I did not like someone calling me over the phone to discuss my lab works over the phone when I can read them myself and diagnosing me over the phone going by labs panels ...and it not being The NURSE practitioner I recently visited ! That is something to go over with the nurse practitioner on the follow up ! I felt like my privacy was not respected and just handed over to others ! And the alerts in my apps and text messages being alerted for every lab panel separately...and not just one alert! My main problem was how referrals call you and setup appointments without your confirmations ! That feels invasion of privacy...this was something shared with the NP and not for a system to to take over after the visit and start setting up appointments and calling you unannounced to set appointments and diagnosing you over the phone!
Saw Jenna Norman...the Best yet....She should be in med. school..... the rest are average.
She was incredible and so were the staff. My previous appointment was rough and left me questioning whether I wanted to find a new provider. I would select her as my new provider. She listened to me, was proactive about my health and preventing worsening symptoms and seemed to generally care about my wellbeing. My prescriptions were sent immediately and despite having an appointment at the end of the day, I was able to get my tamiflu that same evening. She was great.
The practitioner was very nice and very accurate on her diagnosis. I appreciate her time and honesty. She knew my history and she was very helpful in giving me very accurate information and details

Yes, Ms. Jenna was very thorough. I was very happy with her. It was her first visit as my PCP, Dr. Zuber is out on maternity leave. So I was assigned to Jenna and I really enjoyed her. She was very thorough. She asked me a lot of questions. She gave me the opportunity to ask her questions and we discussed our treatment plan very thoroughly. So I'm very impressed with her and she's an asset to the company. The one problem was in lab work. There was confusion with the new staff. I suspect they're new staff and getting it in an orderly manner. I saw a lot of people waiting as I was waiting as well. And there was only one...
Yes, we like your place, the reception place is very welcoming. We like the decorations. We like the people, kindness and friendliness and everything.
Exceeded my expectations. She solved all my problems and suggested some things I never would have thought of doing.... So helpful....
I was offered to see a doctor I had already seen there before, but didn't really have a good experience with and another doctor or this NP. I chose the NP because I feel that NP's tend to be much more interested in the person than the illness. She proved me right. She was amazing. I really really liked her.

Kirsten was a fabulous medical assistant. Jenna did awesome taking her time discussing all of my concerns. I felt very understood leaving my appointment.
