I just wish I could get my test done here not in Houston but I will go get it done

Dr. Jay Gavvala is an excellent and caring physician. His staff is warm and welcoming. We are glad we found him
Even though I arrived late, they were still able to see me
I was told the timing of the visit was 3 p.m. I arrived at 2 45 and I did not get seen until 3 45 and it was too rushed and not enough people were there to assist.
The whole experience from check in to check out was very positive. The doctor, nurse and receptionist were all friendly and professional.
Dr. Gavvala was very good, but the office staff was horrible. They never did follow up to let me know when. They forgot about me in the waiting area. But once I was called back, Dr. Gavvala treated me very well.
Everything is fine!
