Collect full payment up front for self-paid patients. There shouldn't be a reason I receive a bill.

Extra ordinary care. Thanks

Dr. J. Zhu is great. Takes the time to listen and answer (on an appropriate level) to questions, then asks if I have additional questions. Very "relatable" in his "bedside manner". Staff is also very polite and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Dr. Zhu (understandably hope I never need to).

We feel very confident and comforted in the care we are receiving.

I was really happy with my experience. My only issue was that I was sad that the computer system was down so they couldn't look at my most recent scans and see if there was any progression. But I believe that should be fixed on my next visit. Thank you.

Apr 19, 2024

Each part of Dr. Zhu's team was great, from [...] to Dr. Zhu to [...] coming in and reassuring that I understood what I needed to understand and fill out the paperwork. And Dr. Zhu was very thorough in showing me and explaining what is going on with the situation and what's likely to happen as a general idea, just to prepare me. And that's what I really liked, the preparedness of what ifs. So even though it might not happen, at least I have an idea. So I really liked that. He was very kind, very patient, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Zhu and his team.

The front desk staff during check-in, the process was very, very slow. The front desk staff did not inform us of the wait time. They did not check to see that we had been waiting for 45 minutes prior to even checking us in before the provider even knew that we were there. The medical assistant actually had to come out, call us on the phone to see if we were showing up for the appointment, not realizing that we had been sitting out there for 35, 40 minutes before we were even checked in. I think it would be beneficial to hire some front desk staff who is a little bit more efficient with the computers so that they can check patients in quicker. There were only about four forms or four questions that needed to be answered with the front desk staff and the co-provider.
