Overall for the first time being there I had a great experience
Everyone, from office staff to Dr. Melville, was professional, courteous and communicated well with me so that I understood information given to me regarding Dr. Melville's role in my care.

Dr Melville always a great Dr! I take my dad to his appointments and I don't mind driving 5-6 hours every time because I know he's in good hands with Dr Melville, we trust him. The staff as well always very nice :)

From the time I arrived to the office, everyone professional and caring. When I went back to the room examination room, the assistant did an amazing job as well and then the resident was great and the doctor was great. And all around pleasant experience.
The visit was ok

I had a great experience. I really trusted my doctor and I feel very comfortable with him. I was surprised by that because first time meeting this doctor, but the doctor, the students that came in, everybody was very accommodating, very comforting, and I would recommend them 100%. Bye.
Hi. Everything with Dr. Melville himself is great. His staff is very knowledgeable. The only issue we had is the wait time this time was almost two hours, which is pretty extraordinary for this facility and I wish the staff would have let us know early on that it was going to be almost two-hour wait, so we could have anticipated and planned for it. Thank you very much.

Dr Melville, the training doctors, and his staff are really excellent in their approach and care of patients. I have been through a very painful surgery but I actually look forward to my follow up visits and seeing everyone. My care during the surgery was amazing. So many people stopped by to see how I was doing and they were very supportive. I have had no complications, my health improves every day, and I feel very fortunate to have had such and excellent team.
My family members liked the visit with everyone there. This was my first visit and so for it was good.
Very professional office, only complaint is no timeline was given for how long it will be before surgery.
The only trouble I have is getting through to the office both during office hours & off hours. It's hard to get through to an actual person to get help with questions. I had major surgery & the after hours answering service actually hung up on my daughter twice when she called needing help. Not good.
Provider did not give me real info on cause and effect or future expectations as far as cure!!

The receptionist told me that I'd have a short wait and then the technician told me that Dr. Melville was running late and so that was good to know. The resident was very nice and understanding, and Dr. Melville apologized for running late and I mean, he'll always take time to answer my questions. I appreciate that.
