Dr. Saucedo is amazing!

Mar 10, 2025

I was still under anesthesia when he came in to brief me. He spoke to my family but I would have like to get my orders from him. No follow up call which would have been nice since he had not talked to me after surgery

Dr. Saucedo has always been very personable and listens to my hand issues. He offers medical solutions to help control my hand pain, arthritis and trigger finger. He is an excellent doctor in his field of expertise.

Good doc, was easy to talk to. Staff was all good, very professional.

I think one more injection in my thumb would have been better than putting Voltaire in on it, because I don't think that's going to make triggering go away.

Mar 5, 2025

Dr. Saucedo performed surgery on my right middle finger. I only saw him for a few minutes before the surgery. I really liked him and the whole team at the surgery center.

The whole team and staff at the doctor's office was very professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. And Dr. Soseto is probably the best doctor I've ever seen in all of my visits for orthopedic assistance. Thank you so much. Bye. 1

Make an appointment is a tough part. I spent more than an hour to have an appointment after spoke to 4 different people. Very frustrating. Should received compensation after you guys compromised my personal info and sent my info to the wrong person who have similar name. I am surprised that no one took any responsibility after made this big mistake. Management is rude to solve the issue. Felt discriminated. Management Showing that nothing happened or it's not a big deal. Not a happy patient. However my Doctor is great. Hoping positive response.

Dr. Saucedo was so kind and caring, I trusted him completely. Dr. Houston explained the procedure in detail and offered a nerve block which was the best pain management ever. I only wish it could have lasted a few more days. The nurses were perfect. I could not have had better care. Kaylee and Alex discussed my options for treatment and felt I was a good candidate for surgery and the best outcomes. Dr Saucedo made it happen. Many thanks to all of you.

My whole appointment was very good. Everyone was very efficient and knowledgeable and treated my case with interest and in a manner that was not rushed. Great job to the whole team

Feb 10, 2025

It was an excellent service in all my time there thank all of you!!!

Feb 6, 2025

The nurses and the doctor provided great care , front desk staff not very friendly. I had to go back because my referral to physical therapy had to be changed to occupational therapy and I was not treated very well. I always greet staff and say please and thank you ; I was not acknowledged and they made me feel like I was bothering them. This doesn't apply to the lady that checks patients out she's always very pleasant

Feb 6, 2025

The entire staff was awesome. I would recommend them to everyone

Feb 5, 2025

Dr. Saucedo was amazing to work with. He gave me all the options and explained them very clearly. I would highly recommend him!

Feb 5, 2025

Dr Saucedo is excellent and I trust him 100%. He did an amazing job on my hand surgery a couple years back as well as great care when I broke my hand.

Jan 31, 2025

Yeah, the doctor is good, but his office is terrible. So he recommends surgery and it's been days. Maryam, his assistant nurse, she didn't do anything, whatever she has promised. She didn't reach out to my mom's primary doctor. She doesn't follow up. And I'm trying to expedite, escalate this issue. And I've requested multiple times, multiple times to speak with the manager. And no one contacts me. There is no date, the surgery date scheduled. I've talked to multiple people and the responsibility, zero. Extremely frustrated.

He is a great doctor and didn't rush me to finish the exam. I only expected him to spend about 15 mins. with me, but the visit ended up being closer to 30 mins.
