The provider was great. The only improvement or suggestion is to better enhance the check out process. We waited for a long time for someone to come to the room to give us the check out paperwork. Unfortunately no one showed up after 45 minutes waiting so we walked to checkout and the staff saw us exit the room which prompted them to give us the next steps. Had we not stepped out of the room we probably would have waited longer.

I had two total reverse shoulder replacements (both shoulders) performed by doctor Gregory Oct. 2024 (one shoulder) and Jan. 31, 2025 (2nd shoulder). Excellent surgeon and his entire team.

Yes, everyone was very professional, helpful, and the experience is something that anyone that goes there would know that the doctor and the employees do care about everyone's concerns and health.

The check in by someone who could not be heard or understood with like 4 to 6 signatures on a device and could not collect the fee by credit card is useless!!!

Dr. Gregory has been my doctor for 15 years. He is knowledgeable and takes time to listen. That's so important to my generation.

The only problem I have with UTHealth is that I got way too many texts and emails reminding me about this appointment, and way too many after the appointment was over. Cut back a little!

Professional staff. Doctor very friendly, caring and did not rush the appointment. He allowed me to freely ask questions regarding my neck, shoulders and arms' continual soreness and was not disturbed by that and answering all. Thank you. It was a good and worthwile appointment. Look forward to find healing through the recommended physical therapy.

I really respect the treatment that I received and the greetings and all. Something unusual did happen and my information that I thought that I got from Dr. Gregory is that I was not going to be able to have a steroid shot for about four months and then today I get a call and they were trying to schedule the shot and then I couldn't get hold of Dr. Gregory or the office at all and I tried several times but they were having troubles with their phone. So anyway, I'm but you know I I love what I've been experiencing with the office. This is the first time that it was just you know a little off kilter. I do believe in y'all's
