My experience was exceptional and as always Dr. Hasoon was awesome! He's a very good doctor that's always patient and knowledgeable about my issues. He treats me with respect, kindness and compassion. I enjoy visiting with him. I even referred a family member to him and she's very pleased with her care.

Dr. Hasson and his nurse were wonderful. I was having horrible anxieties. They talked me through to whole process and were very patient with me.

They know us by name when we go.

Dr. Hasoon and his team, they are very great. Everybody treats us with courtesy and respect. They do an excellent job. Dr. Hasoon explained to me everything and he gave me more than one option for my therapy for my back pain. We love to come to Dr. Hasoon. Since he started taking care of us, a lot of good things, changes happen on my health. I would recommend Dr. Hasoon to everybody I know and everybody asks me. And actually they start asking me because they see the change on my health and the change on my back. I am able to start walking. Thank you, Dr. Hasoon and his team.

He was very friendly and understood my husband's concerns. He was very patient with him!

Being told to get up out of the wheel chair and walk out when i got notified that my pick up person arrived was a bit disconcerting . (They did end up wheeling me out though)

I would just like to say that the doctor that treated me and talked to me, they were absolutely professional. They were very... they had beautiful, great communication skills. They showed a lot of concern and care about me. And it made me feel more like a family member than a patient. And I would prefer them to everyone I know. The whole team did an absolutely great job. There's nothing that I see that you can improve on. I just want to say thank you for all your help, all your care, and all your concern. And the team over at UT Health, keep up the great work. Customer Service who cancelled my appointment an hour before my appointment is absolutely unacceptable. I got a call to re-schedule at 2pm, when I got to the facility the local check in employees had no idea why I was there. Dr and team helping me to receive the shot excellent. Never want to deal with the call center, scheduling people, nor your front desk employees again- disappointing service. Dr and Nurses were excellent though.

Dr Jamal Hasoon is a Blessed and Safe doctor, who care for his patients. He treat me like his daughter with care and love.

Yes, I really like Dr. Jamal Hasoon. He's working with my spying doctor, Dr. Shea, and he seemed to be interested and he seemed to be concerned that I'm going to be better, I hope. So I don't have anything negative to say about Dr. Hasoon. I would go again and I'm hoping that it's going to work out really well and I think he actually really cares.

My doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding. I trust him with my health and Will,continue to use him.

In-person experiences have always been good. Portal has not been a good tool of contacting provider. I received no responses from numerous portal entries and have always had to call to get responses or schedule appointments..

Dr. Hasoon is very kind, a great listener, and extremely intelligent. He understood where my pain was generating and knew exactly what to do to relieve it. There was an issue with my authorization, and the whole team stayed late to make sure my procedure was done that afternoon. Thanks to Dr. Hasoon, I can live normally with minimal pain - I am very grateful to him.
