Dr. Morcos is very a compassionate, accomplished neurogeons with the best bedside manner! He always took the time to explain and answer you & your family's questions, making sure you understood your condition & options. My daughter & family also were very impressed by him & his team. Nina was great & always very helpful.I really liked the other two surgeons that were part of his team in working with me, his fellow, Dr. A, & resident Dr. Zima, who were very knowledgeable.I also was very impressed with the anesthesiologist's team & doctors who provided me with excellent &: compassionate care. NP Jessica was great , that I saw at my first post op visit filing for NP Tatiana while on maternity leave, who removed my stitches, and explained other things with me. The other staff people were also always positive, from the front desk clerk, same person, who always checked me in & the rest of his staff who took my vitals. I thank God Dr. M and the teams led by him. I was very blessed he was my surgeon. I refer to Dr. Mircos as G.O.A.T. of neurogeons, the best! His team provided excellent care to me during, pre, post surgery & follow-up.

Excellent experience as always. Dr Morcos explained all my concerns and his with my condition. I appreciated the time he took to explain and answer all my concerns. His team is also on top of there game. Big shout out to Nina his assistant, who went out of her way to make sure all the information and my medical records where secured prior to the teller med so Dr. Morcos and his team where well informed. The medical care provided by the doctor both during and prior to the appointment was excellent. I felt protected and in good hands.

I had a very good experience. The whole staff was very knowledgeable, very nice, very considerate, answered all my questions, and I felt very at ease with everything that I was going through. I recommend this hospital to anyone who has the same type of issue that I have.

The staff were condescending and offered me no solution or assistance in getting the adequate care that I need. I am highly disappointed and aggravated.

Everyone we talked to was amazing from desk personnel to the nurses. I can't remember the ladies name that checked us in but she was from Guatemala and the Nurse Nina they both were soooo caring. Then we met Dr Morcos whom explained everything to my husband and I so well I wanted to hug him. Thank you to everyone in the office for being so caring

I Was very comfortable with Dr. Marcos and his staff. I just wish they were closer to Florida, but I'm probably still gonna come to Texas. I was very comfortable with him and he made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Morcos combines his expertise with excellent bedside manner. He is exceptionally talented and trustworthy. The staff I interacted with, both for customer service and medical reasons were all friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure that everything that was discussed with Dr. Morcos was properly communicated with his peers. Meaning Dr. Chen's office staff and Dr. Chen.

My visit was actually with a doctor, and nurses, and PA, very good. So they did take time to diagnose me and explain everything well. Where my negative experience comes from, billing department. So I did met my deductible for this year, and I still was charged copays. So I felt like the person in front did not take time, and validate properly my deductible, and charged me for the visit, which it shouldn't be. And when I was trying to call, and get the refund, I spent almost four hours, your automated system, I was trying to get somebody on the phone to communicate that I met deductible so I can receive the refund

Dr. Morcos is a brilliant professional and not only that, he is an excellent human being.

Dr. Morcos is such a gifted and competent surgeon along with his compassion for all his patients there is no better in this world! Eight years ago he saved my sons life. Dr. Morcos and all his staff were right on their game and contacted for such consultation and his advisement for treatment. I live in Florida and was ready to fly to Houston as no one else would I trust to treat me as to how I seen in person his life saving treatment for my son while he was in Miami! I could not thank you Dr Morcos and your staff enough, God Bless!

I was very happy with my visit. I was going as maybe really a third opinion. And after visiting Dr. Morcos, he was the most knowledgeable, made me comfortable about what I had in front of me as far as what I got to deal with in surgery, and also made me comfortable about letting him do it amongst all the other people that I was considering. So, and also had me excited even doing surgery. So, very pleased. Thank you.
