At first, I felt a bit confused and uneasy, as the first two providers I encountered neither introduced themselves nor explained their roles in our care. However, that uncertainty quickly disappeared when Dr. Siegel came to meet with us. Dr. Siegel is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. She took the time to truly listen, communicated clearly, and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. We left our meeting feeling informed, reassured, and confident about the next steps in our care. Her ability to build rapport is both natural and comforting, and she made sure we knew we could reach out to her through the Portal with any further questions. We are so grateful she was our daughter's provider!
Dr. Siegel was the most amazing doctor I've ever met in my life. I felt the most safe and comfortable with her with my child. She communicated very well. She was very knowledgeable about my son's condition and spoke to me very promptly about my child's condition. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to absolutely anybody who has already done so. I am so thankful for her and her staff along with the staff at Memorial Hermann who treated us very greatly during his procedure.
It was a great experience we felt very comfortable and everyone were very professional and kind.
Dr. Siegel did a great job helping me with my child and she was very informative. The nursing staff was also great as well.
I still cannot figure out how to get in to my child's portal if it is not texted to me. I cannot log in and it is not sending me reset instructions to my email.
Dr. Siegel and her resident and the rest of her team were all wonderful. They walked us through everything that we needed to do before we got there, took care of us while we were there, and Dr. Siegel herself was fantastic. I really enjoyed going to her. My teen daughter felt very comfortable with her and said that she definitely wants to go back and see her. Thank you.
From the check in process to seeing the provider, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the nurse and the providers. Dr. Siegel was really friendly and welcoming. There was a Dr or PA that came in before her that was very thorough and nice as well.
Smooth check in process, text messages helped, level of care and time spent with us was top notch..., never experienced so much time and care before
She was amazing. All of the staff was. The first doctor who didn't rush me out of the office in 5 minutes or less.
Dr Siegel has been always so pleasant and responsive and attentive from the moment she met me and my daughter. Her advice and words have really helped my daughter a lot. I wish she could be her general pedi as well. Thank you Dr Siegel to you and your staff

The provider was awesome and made us so comfortable
I'm just really happy with the treatment the doctors gave my son. Both of the doctors that were present, they answered all my questions. They even took the time to answer my son's questions that were not medically, not medical questions, I'm sorry, but they really took the time to answer his questions, and get him very involved in the office visit. I'm really, really happy. I'll definitely come back to the doctors. I trusted everything they said and I'm already having a great turnout with how my son is feeling based on their advice. I'm just very happy with the entire visit, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Siegel, and the other doctor, I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name exactly, but I would definitely recommend them. They did a great job. Thank you so much for the care.
