All the staff has been very kind every time we've visited the place, and we had a very good experience with the receptionist staff. The only bad experience was the parking. Before, there were people at the entrance of the building, like a valet service, they would take the keys and park the car, and at the end of the visit, you would send a text message to have your car brought back to the entrance. This time, we arrived very late for the appointment, almost missed it, because we couldn't find a free spot and didn't know where the parking in the back was. That's the only bad experience at this place; everything else was great.
My husband and I feel like our daughter is being referred out for unnecessary tests. She went through a CT, an MRI and an EEG, all of which came back clear. Now she is saying she needs another EEG. This one longer and requiring an overnight stay in the hospital.
My son, doctor, she is very, very knowledgeable. I like the assistant that had came and assisted. They were very nice and very helpful and very respectful, and they were very informative. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who, oh, that I, if I know anybody have epilepsy, I would recommend her. If you need an extra raise, an extra bonus, whatever you all got to do, she's one of the top doctors I like, and I really enjoy her.

It was a long visit due no communication. We place in the room for 30 minutes. I had to go out to ask when we would be next. Appointment was at 8:40, we left after 10.

Dr. Indira is excellent! Front office staff were very helpful and kind!

Doesn't communicate well with us my daughter came from another provider at Texas children's. This is our second visit with this doctor twice we have tried to get prescribed ibuprofen. She sends it over to the pharmacy and then cancels it each time when the other provider that my daughter used to see used to provide that to her and basically she has been denied her medication.
I loved it, everyone showed human warmth and empathy, Grateful.

Insurance verification took a long time. 1 hour before we were brought back to see provider.
This was the utmost best experience I have had with medical team. Service was on point. Communication was not lacking and very professional. The wait time for waiting on the doctor was less than 10 minutes! Thank you all for making this visit exceptional with a special need child.
