My doctor is very nice, best, best manners. She explained everything to me and I can ask her any question that I need to ask her and she don't mind sitting and explaining it in detail to me.
Didn't listen to my concerns, gave me a referral that wasn't helpful he didn't listen either
I was given the wrong does of a medication it should've began with a lower dose. Dr Abid told me that on my last visit I told her that I has taken the medication before which is untrue. I was ill & not about to argue with Dr Abid. Dr Abid could check the system & see if I filled the prescription at the pharmacy as she did on the visit she prescribed the wrong dosage. She told me when I last filled certain medications. Taking the higher dosage of medication prescribed had me sick & I am still on the mend with gastrointestinal issues. At this point I need to find a new set of Dr's & maybe out of UT Physicians network.

The employees upfront could smile and be little friendly and greet the guests they look at you so seriously without a smile they do ask can I help you. Just my observation
My visit was smoothly just the wait time in the front was a bit long but nothing to complain about. The nurse and provider both excused themselves for the delay. The provider was very attentive and cared about every question I asked.

The Physician is knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's words when explaining the situation or process. And the staff is always friendly and kind.
The process of getting the doctor's appointment underway was seamless. However, the care the doctor provided was absolutely horrific. I would probably not see this provider again.

Dr Abid was excellent and thorough. She spoke slowly and clearly. She repeated back to the patient what his concerns were. She was patient and we did not feel rushed. I immediately scheduled another brother and look forward to having her care for them.
My visit started out to be terrible because no one was aware that I had arrived into the clinic. I sat in the waiting room for a while. Eventually, it was discovered that I was there and was threatening to walk out because I had not been waited on. Eventually, I was called, weighed and ended up seeing my doctor on top of receiving an apology!
