Dr Abid was excellent and thorough. She spoke slowly and clearly. She repeated back to the patient what his concerns were. She was patient and we did not feel rushed. I immediately scheduled another brother and look forward to having her care for them.
My visit started out to be terrible because no one was aware that I had arrived into the clinic. I sat in the waiting room for a while. Eventually, it was discovered that I was there and was threatening to walk out because I had not been waited on. Eventually, I was called, weighed and ended up seeing my doctor on top of receiving an apology!

They did it was fine but I do want to express that when you do come in to your office y'all need to get some handicap electrical doors that were open for the people there are disabled and older it would be greatly appreciated

We had to wait in the waiting room for about an hour. Apparently, it is late due to a staff meeting that ran late. Could you make sure that this type of situation is addressed in the future, so we don't have to wait too long.
