I always have a wonderful visits at UT it's a very nice staff and the off is so neat and tidy the rep even helped me out getting my uber on my phone to help me regards [...] I would like my receipt please e mailed to me I misplaced it please let the rep know thank you
Great check in, wait not long, love my nurse and doctor.
The people downstairs should be more friendly, particularly one individual. Dr's office is not a place to raise voices at people. Didn't happen to me but to someone else. I know the person didn't like it. He wanted to ask a question and had his mouth shut. I would have stood my ground, anyway.
Dr. Zhang and Staphanie were kind and knowledgeable.
It was a great visit!!!!
She was a very nice doctor and checked everything over and told me that I didn't have any particular problems I'm very grateful to the doctor and her staff
Love Dr Zhang and the entire staff! Everyone was helpful and worked together for my care.
I like it, I'm pleased with how they treat me. They give me information until Tuesday that you'll say hello, I'm getting better, I'm very happy with you. They're managing me well, with a reduced disease process. They have it under control. They teach me how to eat. The nutritionist actually told her what to do, how to get better, and how to move forward. She's very, very good with her work.
Dr. Zhang is a great doctor and I've been going to her for years. And I wouldn't have it no other way but with her. She's a great doctor. She's very informative and makes sure you know everything before you leave her office. She's a great doctor.
Excellent physician
As always Dr. Zhang is a pleasure to work with. Friendly, attentive an very easy to get along with at all times. Losing her and her expertise would be disastrous.
Dr Zhang and staff were knowledgeable and professional. They took extra time to take care for me as my blood pressure was extremely high. I went to see the doctor for a visit regarding my blood sugar. I definitely appreciate their concern.
Very professional and attentive doctor.
Very comfor
I was treated with dignity and respect. I accept the professionalism and knowledge of the career health professional and the profession.
You fail again. This is the 2nd UT Physicians endocrinologist I've tried and again you fail. Dr. Zhang lacks bedside manner, an open ear and overall concern for her patient. Dr. Zhang is basically rude, in her facial expression, speech and demeanor. After the appt. I realized Dr. Zhang did NOT address any question I posed (several times throughout the visit). To be honest with you, it was a total waste of time! I will not return to see Dr. Zhang or Dr. Bilkis. DO BETTER UT!!!
They always treat me very special, listening to my needs, and addressing all of my needs and making me excited to be a patient.
Dr. Zhang is a compassionate & knowledgeable doctor and I appreciate the time she takes to answer all of my questions!
Very impersonal
Dr. Zhang did nothing to help solve my Hashimoto disease questions. I felt as if she was speaking to me as a recording that is played. I will find another doctor who is curious about my disease and helps me with my questions. I had told her I had gained 40 pounds after being diagnosed with Hashimoto, and told her my blood samples always come back as "OK," but that my T3 is not turning into T4 with my medication. No advise was offered.
Having the option for a tele health appointment was very convenient and trouble free. I'll do it again when any time.
I had my thyroid cancer 6 month follow up with Dr Zhang on 2/12/2025. I had been under a strong cold since Monday 2/10/2025, and my right eye had turned bloody red on the morning of my visit. I asked her to check on it, and she refused. She was rude and arrogant. She said that I needed to contact my CPC and make an appointment for that. I could not believe what she was saying. I told her that she was a doctor, she said she was a "specialist". I just said WOW! I paid for her services, $100 out of pocket. She is not doing me any favors. I'm her costumer and I am not satisfied. She did not request any labs for my visit, she did order some after the fact. She looked into "last August" scan results and said there was some remaining thyroid tissue and that i needed a new scan. I told her that I had a full body scan in December since I am an Ovarian cancer survivor and I get those scan annually. I asked her why she didn't have my health history. Isn't she supposed to request them under my permission?? She never asked for my consent, again. They are done by Memorial Hermann, and I know UTHealth and Memorial Hermann work together. I told her I had thyroid related labs requested by my PCP and by Dr. Karni, my thyroid surgeon. He even recommended to increase my Levothyroxine dosage, and talk to her about it. I messaged her about it, and she said she only looked at labs she orders, and I needed to wait until my next visit. I've been trying to change doctors for a while and I've been unsuccessful, but I will try very hard this time. I'm so tired of her lack of doctor patient connection, and her bad attitude. Nothing came out of my visit, except the lab order, and the fact that I paid $100 to deal with someone who should be there to support me on my health endeavor, and apparently does not care. A doctor is a doctor. She needs to get off her high horse and treat people respectfully.
I been going to Dr.Zhang for years, she takes out time to talk to you about your health . She is concerned about her patients.
Today was a great experience treated with compassion and kindness, as we go forward with my treatment.I believe for great results In months to come.
No issues with the doctor, or the medical staff. Do currently have an issue however with billing. I was charged twice during my last visit. I was told that my medical card didn't go thru, so I switched to my credit card only to later discover that both cards had been charged.
Dr. Zhang is always thorough and detailed and gives good advice.
My visit is always pleasant and professional. I did not feel rushed during my visit with Dr Zhang. She patiently answered my questions.
Dr. Zhang and her staff are polite, well prepared and I trust them to care for me to the best of their ability.
Dr.Zhang is a good doctor especially encouraging me to do things to have a good and healthy life. I can't thank her enough for the care she is providing me . Thank you Dr. Zhang.
My Doctor!
